De los peores hoteles en los que me e hospedado para comenzar la atención en recepción es pésima ahí una señora muy discriminante por otro lado las instalaciones están en malas condiciones y para completar desde el primer día que nos dieron la habitación informamos que habían cucarachas no nos pudieron cambiar de habitación y llamaron a alguien a que fumigara pero de nada sirvió porque durante el tiempo que me hospedé siguieron saliendo más a lo que ya ellos hicieron caso omiso, definitivamente nunca volvería a hospedarme en este hotel pésimo servicio y extremadamente pésimas instalaciones.

We felt extremely unsafe as there were several unhoused people on the property drinking alcohol. Once arriving inside the room it was extremely filthy, the refrigerator had blood and food debris, the lamp shade had some sort of liquid/dirt, the chair had sticky substance. We left immediately for a different hotel. This hotel refused to refund our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location was convenient and easy to get to I reserved a king size suite and check-in was supposed to be 3 PM. We arrived at 5:30 PM and our room was still not available. We had a class reunion to get ready for that started at 7 o’clock so we asked for any room that was available. They had a two double bedroom, which would’ve been fine except for the walls had stains all over them. the lights didn’t work very well we had to plug in the lamp the bathroom toilet didn’t flush very well and all they did was offer us a plunger. There was rappers and debris all over the hallways. The floor in the room was not vacuumed or swept. They didn’t even have toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. There was no coffee machine. There was no blow dryer. There was an iron, but no ironing board.. It definitely was not a clean room it was very frustrating that I paid for a king size suite which meant it was supposed to have all the amenities with the living room area as well, but we got a little double bedroom and since I booked it on Booking.com, they said that they were not able to give me any type of credit back. Also there were a lot of people hanging around the outside of the second building. I’m not sure if they were homeless people or people who just live in the building, but there was a lot of loitering and we even got asked by a man if we were interested in a one night stand and if we wanted to have some dinner with him keep in mind this was at three in the morning when we got home from our night out, he was just sitting on one of the benches outside of the building. The staff was very friendly and the manager was kind and she did end up giving me a $40 credit in the morning.. however I still do not feel that I got what I paid for.

Las recepcionistas súper groseras y poco atentas, se molestan si pides algo, estuve 15 días y jamás me ofrecieron ni una toalla ni un día de limpieza, las de limpieza se creen dueñas de el lugar y te gritan y no te ayudan con nada, horrible servicio

DO NOT STAY HERE! Workers are LAZY! Stayed here for a week! Asked them everyday for TOWELS OR SHEETS & they always say come back in 6-8 hours! LAZY!!

Exceptional

Horrible!! They gave me a cheaper room than I paid for. I bought a room for 2 beds and when I arrived they said they only have 1 bed rooms, despite me having paid for 2 beds. I didn’t even get a refund of the difference. room was gross, blood stained bathroom and sheets.

Great location and room was clean Every time we left the room our key stopped working and we would have to go to the front desk to get it reactivated

Rooms were clean, space for a large work truck F250 crew cab with 12" trailer

Beds where very hard not very comfortable. Hotel grounds where very dirty. Haven't stayed there for about 3 years it used to be a lot nicer.
