Lobby and room reeked of cleaning solution, window AC unit rattled like someone was crumpling aluminum foil, and renovation seemed so-so quality. Was an adequate stay for one night.

I like the convenience of the location. The Vizio tv was great! The breakfast was good and we enjoyed that. The bed blanket was one of those nasty sticky blankets and the comforter was scratchy. The window screen was broken, like someone was trying to get in and the window was unlocked. The shower backed up and the shower head was broken. It was just gross.

It's a nice place since the renovation. The bed was comfortable, staff was great.

Clean and convenient for our family. We didn't plan on doing anything other than spend the night there, so the Bridgepoint was the perfect place. What they called a Continental Breakfast was actually a full meal, although they did run out of coffee so we had to wait for them to brew a new pot.

Breakfast was fair. There was no tissue (Kleenex) in the room. I couldn't get the local tv station to watch. TV was a disappointment. Not having an elevator was an inconvenience, but not necessary.

I have stayed there for years. The clerk was very helpful and accommodating. I just wish they had biscuits and gravy for a breakfast option. Better room freshener. I would recommend this hotel for the price.

The rooms smelled like smoke, which is not good for those with severe allergies. The AC was not on when entering room the first night, made the room not feel welcoming. The room cards are too sensitive to automatically not work when near a phone or credit cards. I have never had that happen at any other hotel I have stayed at. One night, when we came home there were people shooting off fireworks right in front of the hotel property. Same night the associate at the door had their cery young child there who was going up and own the lower floor with a scooter and a bike. No vending machines and ice on the level I was on. Breakfast was okay. The biscuits were hard as rocks. Nothing was well stocked. Housekeeping tried to come in one morning when I was still in my room. Asked them to come back and they never did.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Friends had to get new key cards. They couldn't get their door unlocked. The TV was not user friendly. Lots of choices but we were just looking for ABC to watch the NBA and it took way too long.

The staff were friendly. The room was dirty especially between the bed & nightstands.
