bad wifi

Perfect staff & awesome hotel! Would stay a million times! The restaurant was also very yummy 😋

Very cool place. If traveling with a dog, the only patch of grass on the property is plastered with no dogs. Confusing for my dog who’s trained to go on grass and not neighbors driveway or sidewalk.

Wonderful history! Make sure you know that this is a very small room when you book it, including a small bathroom. It was great for one night!

The charm Front desk was rude and unhelpful. There was no heather on the room and it was very cold. Tv and WiFi wasn’t working properly. We paid way too much for the service and standard. Front desk has offered to give us a discount but they told us we need to look with you.

Checked in and was told no heat. My room was 66° at 4PM At 6AM it was 61°. Not acceptable! Also no hot water! Not acceptable! I Skipped breakfast because I was so cold I just got in my car and left as soon as I got up. This was a very disappointing stay

What a unique and wonderful hotel stay. We had great interactions with staff including with hotel historian Leroy. The room was great, we stayed in the Virginia Mayo room. Great amount of history in this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

It wasn't just a hotel stay, it was a wonderful experience. It's a tribute to the movies, actresses and actors. The staff was great. The breakfast was good and you didn't leave hungry. I stayed in hotels 2000+ times this is the one I will always remember. Thank you.

Atmosphere, nostalgia, staff across whole hotel/restaurants/gift shops all wonderful. Generous, breakfasts Water pressure in shower was intermittent, but its an historic building, so a small reminder of the history.

Everything! Small bath
-
Everything, it has so much character. Rooms are decorated to Route 66 theme which is great, comfy beds, huge TV. Food in restuarant outstanding. Staff all welcoming. No WiFi in the annex rooms, only main building.
