This hotel advertised free shuttle service on the expedia app, which they did not actually have. That was the whole reason I booked this hotel so that was a huge disappointment.

Check in was easy and room was clean and big , washroom was clean. Have to remember its aged building but maintain well. Breakfast was self make waffles and ok coffee, tea juice, with bread ,jam butter and cream cheese options. I enjoyed my stay and walked to the back with Japanese restaurant and grocery store and a strip mall with different small stores. Location is good for airport . Caring staff

I really love the location and the hotel itself is such a nice relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of places to explore and have fun seeing what the shops have to offer. Being there around places like the Sunflower Farms and hobby shops are a couple highlights. Great food all around. With plenty of room and a quiet atmosphere I really feel like I can always come here to relax and enjoy the area to the fullest knowing I will have a wonderful place to come to and rest. Plus the price of the room was really nice. when I have gone. I've stayed twice now, and am confident in saying I look forward to coming back. The pillows were a bit too soft. The kind of pillow that really doesn't hold the weight of one's head comfortably, so sleep can be a bit uncomfortable when sharing or not sharing pillows. Not all the rooms have microwaves, and the one I stayed in did not. Unfortunately the breakfast room also doesn't have a microwave. Other than those two things, the stay was everything else I could ask for.

I'm confused there was no breakfast the advertisement that this property used pictures and comments from them did not match what I saw when I got there it was totally nothing there that was in the pictures they posted on booking.com I don't know where they would have got those pictures from it was horrible the lights were even out on the aesthetics outside it was bottles in the parking lot broke liquor bottles homeless people all over the place not that I have anything against them everybody's living their own life but at the same time I paid to stay there the door locks were extremely unacceptable not secure at all I did not check in but I did walk in and observe the place that's why I know there was nothing on the pictures like I said of the advertisement that was there when I observed it was horrible I was extremely afraid to stay there for the night I was by myself traveling from out of town it was very scary They could have done better by having their hotel up to par not posting fake pictures

The room I booked going by the pictures looked nothing like the room rented to me. The pictures had tile. The room rented to me had carpet. VERY, VERY, filthy carpet. It was disgusting. Dirty towels. One towel had lipstick on it. Dirty stains on the walls of the room and restroom. It was the worst room I've ever rented. We were scheduled to stay two nights. We only stayed the one. We got in too late and tired to try and find another.

The place was quiet. Check in and check out process was quick and easy and the staff was very helpful. There is no elevator

Clean Room. Great price. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is ok. Nothing to rave about. Only thing that can bothered me was, there were bunch door mats, thick with stamped patterns, make your rollers go over them impossible. They are in the entry way as well as in garden side doors. You should think about replacing them with something more friendly to rolling luggage most guests uses now-a-days.

Everything was decent until we found a huge roach in the bathroom, I am terrified of bugs and that was absolutely disgusting to find.

It’s located inside a shopping mall and has very good restaurants and a Japanese market that you can just walk to. The only cleaning lady didn’t use a vacuum (the floor had a lot of dust and trash since we checked in; we waited over an hour for cleaning, but the white trash was still there). She also didn't change all the sheets (she only changed the flat sheets), and she didn't provide the new towels we needed to ask for. The towels were really old-looking and yellow. I understand it’s an old hotel, but I hope cleanliness can at least be promised.
