The location is fantastic, easy walk all up and down Gatlinburg. The pizza place next door is decent and there's a tiny convenience store just another building over from there. Perfect for grabbing drinks or snacks for the room. The hotel isn't nice, it's just ok-basic, but we were wanting to be close to downtown so it worked for us. The kind of place that has bar soap for the shower (which we had to ask for). The kind of place with no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so swampy rooms after a hot shower. Tiny TV with basic offerings. It's kinda bare bones but we kind of expected that. The pool was nice and the hot tub was amazing after a long day of 25k+ steps.

Initial checkin with Honor went well, super friendly guy who we saw every day throughout our stay. First room we stayed in was 308 and the street sounds coming from outside our balcony were intense! My children and me all had trouble sleeping that night. It was a Saturday, traffic was busy past 1am and was heavy again by 7am. Several groups of police cars ran by through out the night and at 4:28am, all of the dumpsters were emptied. I had complained at 11pm and was told in the morning I could request a room change as guests checked out. I switched to room 608. Street sounds were still audible but it was far more tolerable. In 608 one of the bedside lamps didn't work and the blankets on one of the beds were torn and stained in more than 6 places. I was so tired I didn't care beyond making sure the front desk knew so my deposit wouldn't be sacrificed. Breakfast each day was decent: bagels, yogurt, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bananas, muffins and juices. The floor in the dining area was pretty messy, I thought the first morning it was just the large group they had checking out that morning but the floor was messy every morning we went to breakfast. For the tables I used a napkin to clean one off for my family each morning. The pools were great, all 3 were heated, an indoor lazy river was pretty cool. I was able to easily find a parking space every night and the 10 minute walk to Anakeesta was part of why I chose this hotel.

La hombre q nos recibió en la recepción fue descortés y grosero

The room was fine for one night- I think there were bed bugs in the room, woke up with bites all over. The elevator is not well maintained, although the room seemed clean enough to the eye.

For a budget hotel it wasn’t bad for the price. There were some stains on the lower bed cover, and a towel had a stain. The toilet ran frequently all night but closing the door to the bathroom helped. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. It was quiet.

The first room had roaches! Then they moved us to another room on another floor it also had roaches so we asked for a refund. The guy at the front desk was great he gave us a card that had the managers number on it so she could approve a refund she texted back and said I'm off the the clock my hours are 8-4 cause it was 430 and she wasn't going to fix anything so the person who checked us in made a decision and gave us a refund but I didn't get it till I was already home and off vacation . We had to go somewhere else and get a room. So needless to say my vacation was ruined cause I had to spend extra money that was for other things on another room somewhere else.Don't recommend staying here unless you want ROACHES!!

Our room smelled like a sweaty gym, the pool was filthy and absolutely reeked of chlorine. It was ungodly hot in there with mold growing on the walls. Breakfast was OK. Everything about it was just dirty and old. When we asked if we could get some help with the smell, they just sprayed something on the carpet, which didn’t help at all

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. PARKING IS CRAZY - very limited on top level where the office is. There is more parking on bottom level, BUT parking is very tight if you have an oversized truck. There are only 3 handicapped parking spots. Morning staff was more friendly, night staff was not rude, just less friendly. Overall a good stay and we'd likely stay there again. 4.5 stars

★☆☆☆☆ Unwelcoming Staff, Poor Housekeeping — We Left a Day Early From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. The front desk employee offered no greeting, made no eye contact, and explained the hotel’s rules while looking at his computer. We were warned of a $50 charge if the luggage cart was left in the hallway. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. Guests were required to request service by 9:00 a.m. When we requested housekeeping, we returned to find dust on the bathroom mirror, paper still on the carpet, and fresh linens left in the bathroom. The following morning, my husband requested housekeeping just SIX MINUTES after the 9:00 a.m. deadline. His request was denied because we had received service the previous day. Only after he expressed his intention to contact the owner did we return to find that some service had been performed. Breakfast was also lacking. On our departure morning, there was no coffee available. The coffee machine dispensed only hot water, and we were ready to leave rather than pursue another complaint. We were so dissatisfied that we checked out a full day early. At checkout, I requested a printed statement and was refused, with instructions to contact our booking agent. After encountering so many refusals throughout our stay, we didn’t even attempt to request a refund for the unused night. Hospitality is more than providing a room. It means welcoming guests, treating them respectfully, and making a reasonable effort to meet their needs.

Don't request late check out the cleaning maids will try to break into your room without knocking and pretend you didn't have a late checkout. Rude staff.
