Perfect location to walk around Gettysburg

When we arrived, checked in and went to our room, it was dirty, beds were slept in, etc. There were no rooms available so we had to wait for it to be cleaned and then when we finally get in the room, there’s someone else’s hair in our bed. The next morning there’s water dripping out of the light fixture in the bathroom not very enjoyable when you’re sitting on the toilet. I’m sure others have had pleasant experiences, but ours was not. The hotel had a high ranking, but it was a 6-7 on a good day. I was told I would get a partial refund on my room, but that never happened.

Great location in town to walk to shops and restaurants and also near the battlefield and other historic sites. The hotel itself is dated. It was clean and the staff was helpful. A good value for the price.

Place is spotless!!! It is in a great location. Beds were comfy, rooms were a little small but good. Breakfast was decent and the woman who took care of it was WONDERFUL!! Very nice staff and would stay again.

The inn was scrupulously clean, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The location, between the cemetery and battlefield on one side, and the shopping area on the other, was ideal. There are, however, two less welcome features to note: the inn is located in two buildings, and one of them does not have an elevator. In addition, dogs are permitted, and the staff could be a little more proactive in dealing with constantly barking dogs without waiting for other guests to complain

The room was very clean. Plenty of parking. Very convenient location for us. Staff was super helpful and polite. The whole facility was very dated, not in a historic way, more like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s way. And half the breakfast stuff was broken/drink machines out of order for our stay too.

Cozy, nice atmosphere very polite staff Our room was 209 very close to the front desk and in the morning there was quite alot of noise.

Room was clean and quiet. Location is wonderful.

We have stayed here before and like it.However , this time we had a terrible time getting into our room and at breakfast there was no coffee and no juice. boooo. We will return though. Great location, comfy beds.

It is a very nice hotel, a bit antiquated but not in a bad way, it's close to everything.

When we arrived, we were told that the ice machine on our floor was broken and the washer and dryer were also not working. Then when we looked closely in our room, we saw that the comforter was stained in a couple of places that looked like blood stains. This did not give us the impression of a well-kept and maintained property.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast!

Staff was very inviting, I booked the room later in the evening and they were very helpful. Nothing!

had 1st floor room, convenient for unloading car. able to walk many places in historical district, right across from bus tours. problem was not able to do laundry as facilities were not working
