Generally the hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. My partner (who is disabled) was not able to use the outdoor pool. This is in AZ in the hot summer-time (c. 110 degrees during the day). The hotel has a "chair lift" but it was non-operational. Staff was unable to get it working.

We enjoyed our stay,the only minor thing was our selecting of paying for 4 breakfast and we were having a hard time, at the restaurant, letting them know we paid for 4 breakfast included in our stay, the first time I had to pay a balance, later on being credited for it, other then that it was amazing we got taken care of and our stay was awesome we will be staying again I recommend Expedia inputting also when a customer pays for there breakfast in receipt to prevent any misunderstanding.

The bed was good despite the box spring exceeding the actual bed Front desk had a sign for the restaurant dining hours. Found out by one of the staff members that they could only offer Pizza or burgers because they were remodeling. Funny thing, the next morning, they were serving breakfast. Is it being remodeled or was that a conversation because they either had no cook or didn’t care about my dining experience?

Everything went smoothly, it was a perfect stay. I cant think of a single complaint, staff was kind, helpful, the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in gilbert!

Pool Hotel is located on a very busy road. Our room was on the same side (East side) so you could hear traffic all the time. Also the loud obnoxious rude people talking in the parking lot at 12:30 am with no concerns. Got to love hotel stays - ha ha
