Courtyard Santa Barbara Goleta

Very good

Great location, quiet. They don’t clean your room or give you fresh anything. I’m sure they’re trying to cut costs but I probably will stay somewhere else next time.

My towel had rust stains and the starbucks in the lobby was only open after 5 pm. Also chipped tiles and had to pay for parking.

Nice facilities. Close to UCSB. Late check out.

Good stay but overpriced. However everything is overpriced these days.

It is a nice property. I liked the inner units more than the outer units.

Everything

Very Close to student housing. We were moving our child into the dorms. Great amenities pool, hot tub, putting green, fire pits, breakfast was made to order and fantastic. Air conditioner sounded like it had water sloshing around. We were close to the exit door so every time someone used their jet to get in. It made a loud sound that you could hear from inside the room.

I booked three rooms for my relatives coming to town for our daughter's wedding. We were able to check in to the first two rooms around 2:00 PM. When my brother came in for the third room around 2:30. He was told that the room was not ready until 3:00. By 3:00, the room was still not ready; the hotel said that they were short of staff. The family had to go to our house to change to be ready for the wedding. There are no good excuses by listing that the check in time is 3:00 PM and not having the room ready for us at that time.

We had to leave on a very early flight, so we were happy to have a good, clean bed and nice place at the desk.

Friendly staff, easy check in. I would come back here again.

My favorite amenity was the bed and 3 fluffy pillows. I slept great! This was a standard room and the toilet was quite low to the ground… my son thought so too. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in my 80 yrs so I have many experiences to compare to . Other than that, it was perfect.

Clean room comfortable beds quiet Hotel near UCSB.

The stay started off great, as the person who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. He even let my baby pick out a toy from the toy box, which was such a nice touch! Unfortunately, our one-night stay was only okay, and I’m giving it a low rating primarily because of the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was absolutely filthy. My feet literally turned black from walking on it, and when I let my toddler walk around, her feet became dirty as well. There was also a sticky, tar-like substance on the carpet that was really unpleasant and disgusting. For the rest of our stay, we had to make sure we were all wearing shoes in the room because of how dirty the carpet was. Overall, the friendly check-in experience was great, but the cleanliness of the room especially the carpet really took away from our stay.

We went for freshman orientation and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a welcome gift bag for my daughter. The property is lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was very clean staff very helpful

Good

Everything was great.. very friendly staff, especially the front desk, decent pool & hot tub. The fire tables were great to sit around. But the bed was lumpy, and I woke up with a killer kink in my back as a result. Refresh the beds (rm 161, in case staff is reading this), and I'd give it full stars.

Nice courtyard with a pool and garden

The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was just as well.
