Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Room was nice, spacious and clean. We did not have the breakfast but did have some drinks and an appetizer at the bar area. Everything tasted great. The staff got answered all our questions mad sure we got the shuttle to downtown for our event. Just a great overall stay.

The staff were great! There is shuttle that will pick you up from the airport and the take you anywhere with in a 5 mile radius. It’s a centered location with lots of food and activities around

No breakfast. Location good We needed to get to airport earlier before courtesy transporte commenced. Reception was unable to help with taxi so we were left slightly nervous of timing.

The location was excellent. We spent the day walking up and down Main Street in Grapevine, Texas, doing wine tastings. We talked with several different staff members during our one night stay. They were all very friendly and helpful.

I had a nice room, quiet except for when the A/C kicks in. The A/C was very noisy when it comes on and disrupted my sleep during my stay. Overall, my stay was good.

This was a quick stay with kids. We had two queen beds. The room was clean with professional bed-making. The front desk gave great customer service. The pool was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was available for an extra price.

Having the carpets cleaned in all of the guest rooms while the guests were staying there instead of doing it while it was vacant was a little bit unfair. Staff and everything else was great
