Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Green Bay, WI

Check in was at 3pm room wasn’t ready until 4pm. Room smelled of smoke.

Entire hotel has musty smell. Carpeting badly stained. Breakfast was almost non existent. Curtains could not keep alot or light out from outside

There wasn't any fruit offered. The coffee ran out by 7:30 on Sunday. The bread selection was poor with no peanut butter on Sunday.

The smell of marijuana was everywhere. The hotel is run down and the price was ridiculous due to it being on Packers game day. The breakfast was horrible, not much of a selection and there wasn’t even any fresh fruit. Not a good experience.

Rooms not clean. Staff was trying to help but rooms were a mess.

Location was good. Quiet spot. Breakfast horrible. Carpet dirty. No Kleenex, cups or bar soap in room. Bed not comfortable. Front desk staff friendly when they were there.

Met all our needs but is ready for a facelift. Convenient location.

Nothing Shelled like marijuana from the time we walked in, until we left, carpets were filthy, couldn’t take our shoes off, our feel were just black! No mattress pads on mattresses. Cobwebs throughout the room.

The only positive was when we checked in the staff that was working was very friendly. We have stayed at other Country inns in Green Bay that were clean, had great breakfast and coffee, friendly staff. This Country Inn lacked everything. Hardly any food for breakfast. Coffee was also lacking and when you searched and finally found a staff member they didn't provide any assistance. Garbage cans were overflowing in the dining area, no bath towels were available when asked for one. The hallways smelled of marijuana. Carpet was stained and dirty in rooms and hallways. Unfortunate stay especially for the very high price for a home game.

The morning staff who was working the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful Room was damp and carpet was wet in both of adjoining rooms. Strong marijuana smell coming in our room. When I went to the front desk she said she can’t do anything about it

We were there for 5 days never did they clean our room. We asked after the 3rd day each day. Breakfast, things never got filled up, floor was sticky. Window sill was very dirty. Floors weren’t vacuumed due to no cleaning maids on Saturday and Sunday. No hot tub while we were there.

Looks good from the outside but the interior is like something from 1970, annoyingly the room we stayed in hadn’t been properly cleaned and they even managed to leave the previous guest food in the fridge. Apart from that the hotel is in a good location and the front desk staff were super helpfull.

The young man behind the desk was very polite and helpful. I reported a couple of issues to him and he checked it out. The side door was always unlocked, even at night. He said he was going to fill out a maintenance request. Someone had thrown up outside. The person used napkins to clean it up. I did report this as I felt it should have been cleaned properly. This was not done. Bathroom was clean, but carpet was very stained.

The staff was very friendly The room wasn't clean. There was hair in the shower and a wet towel when we arrived. The bathroom itself was not clean.

This hotel is really run down! You are met at the front door with dirty entryway rugs, hardwood floors that haven’t been refinished in at least 20 years, and carpet that’s rippled and torn. Plus the whole hotel reeked of pot everywhere. Our room smelled musty, had burned out light bulbs, and the carpet needed to be cleaned. Lighting in the room was really poor but might be better if they just replaced all the light bulbs. Breakfast was an experience. It was served from 7 to 10:30 a.m. but they ran out of pancake batter at about 8:30 a.m. I didn’t see anyone working in the dining area so nothing was getting replenished. When I went to make a cup of tea and the “hot” water dispenser had cold water. My husband had cold coffee. We went out for breakfast! On Sunday morning the front desk had a sign out that said “we’ll be right back” during prime check out time. The person at the desk was actually there, just in the office in the back. He was really friendly when he came out, but never did take the sign down. We’ll never stay here again and will probably not stay at any Country Inn and Suites in the foreseeable future.

Poor and filthy

We only stayed for one night with my family and didn't get to take part in the free breakfast. Our flight was very early so we had a peaceful and short night. We didn't take part in the free breakfast since our flight was a very early. It would have been nice if we could have gotten a free granola bar or something to take along.
