Very disappointed Shaina sucks her attitude her posture her overall everything just sucks and the BUGS don’t help but damn her attitude could be better FAIRVIEW INN NEEDS PROPLE WHO ARENT BIASED AND LAZY ILL SNAP A PIC OF HER IN THE AM SO YOUALL CAN BEWARE OF THE LADY WITH THE STANK ATTITUDE

The staff was really helpful. Great I can tell. Outside of that, the rooms need urgently maintenance. It looked Old and badly maintained.

The staff was great, the room was clean and it do include a Laundry room and they even offer breakfast..

It has cockroaches and bed bugs had no a/c and the maintenance is a guy who don't know what he's doing worst hotel ever !!!!don't ever stay here .

I didn't like how some renters are treated differently than others

Only thing missing was kitchenette

The property was all right but the room was disgusting holes in the blankets and sheets the bathroom was not really clean it just felt really unclean

I booked a king through Expedia. They said all kinds were taken only had queens left. Booked non smoking the room was horrible. Stunk so bad they gave me spray. Sprayed the entire room left came back. No help. Sheets were dirty. They did give me new ones that were clean. I did check for bugs but non found that was 1 plus. Cigarette burns in comforter. Requested 2 x to be moved. They said its full. Parking lot was not full. People do live there, which they were all fine. No problems with them. Breakfast ran out of butter, peanut butter & cream cheese so nothing for the bagels.

Unless you're down on your luck or you're the most frugal person you know of personally, I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Even more so if you're a female or have children. The reviews on Hotels.com were over a 7 out of 10 which was fairly impressive. I didn't think to look at the true Google reviews, which I regret. I arrived and there was nobody in the lobby of the hotel. The door was locked and there was a sloppily written note informing someone would eventually be back. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was given my keys that would reveal a room that looks like it should have been condemned and was filled with cigarette odor (non-smoking room). Luckily, there was one room left with different style beds. It didn't smell of cigarettes, but needed almost as much help physically. Carpet that should have been replaced years ago, window curtains for comforters (with lovely cigarette burn marks) on the beds, holes and the worst repair jobs ever scattered throughout, shower curtain rod that was about to fall out of the wall, a toilet that was no longer secured to the ground, a missing security latch from the door, a random big crawling on me whilst in bed, towels made out of 80 grit sandpaper, a fridge that provided room temperature service, and shady looking characters lurking outside their doors after the sun went down. Again, unless you're really pinching pennies or it's the best you can currently afford, I would avoid at all costs.
