Clogged sink, stained comforter, no coffee anywhere on the property, linens were questionable, toilet moved when you sit down. Bug climbing up the wall. Crack in the bathtub

CHANNELS WASNT WORKING , toilet was flushing slow shower was perfect , they need brand new beds for all rooms walls in try corners need to be done OVER. WIFI WAS TERRIBLE FRONT OFFICE STAFF WAS RESPECTFUL THO

Air conditioning was cold and smelled clean. Not stale and moldy. We walked in the door to our room and you could smell cleanliness. 5 stars

The customer service is great here no extra deposit and my husband and I will be back if we have to come out this way again.

First room that we received was dirty and we was offer a broom and dust pan...there second was dirty had holes in the wall and roaches.This hotel is in need of a upgrade and a deep cleaning.And it stinks..

The first desk clerk helped us and apologized when we had to switch rooms because our original room wasn’t made. The last clerk we talked to because I am being charged twice, he helped me and gave me a few answers to solve the situation, it isn’t solved yet but he was more helpful than the second clerk we spoke to. When we got there, we had to change rooms because our original room was not made. The staff who helped us was helpful but it didn’t make the situation any better. The room didn’t seem cleaned, bugs were everywhere and questionable stains were around everywhere. Noticed I was charged TWICE and went to talk to the person behind the counter, he was rude and made it seem like it was my fault, he was also sleeping on the job when we were there for breakfast. Breakfast was very poor, waffle maker, mini muffins, stale cereal, and that was it. We got Dunkin Donuts after because we weren’t fulfilled. I booked a room with this hotel because I wanted breakfast with booking and it wasn’t worth it. Me and my partner didn’t feel safe, the people besides and above us were loud both nights, and people kept trying to get into our room thinking it was their own.

Nothing Hotel was very nasty carpet had black sticky stuff on it ,beds look like it had urine stains on the beds ..lock was rigged .Pictures online was very misleading and rooms look nothing like it

It was all good, except the breakfast which had no protein or butter.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was above average with plenty of options. Property was well lit and secure. Plenty of cameras, I felt safe. Ample parking.

The floors were a little dirty but other than that everything was fine!
