Great location to where I needed to be. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean. Value for the stay was great. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. The bolt on the door to my room didn't work. There was still a safety blocker you could flip up and I didn't feel uncomfortable or unsafe, so I didn't report it until the morning.

I didn’t eat the breakfast. The staff at the front desk was hardly present at the front desk to assist the customers. The front desk staff wasn’t rude, but they weren’t too customer service friendly neither.

One of the most budget friendly, upscale hotels per Greenville standards. Rooms are clean and spacious, gym has modern equipment in working order, and breakfast is fresh with decent options.

This staywaa super awesome. Great staff, very professional and nice with a smile and sense of humor. Very clean and top- tier i highly recommend anyone to stay here. Location was great and outside was very clean. Will definitelystay there again. Breakfast was very tasty. I loved everything about this stay.

I liked the cleanliness of the property. I like the location of the property. I liked the staff that was on duty the night we checked in and the morning we checked out. The breakfast was nice, but the eggs were powdered or fake and I think that needs improvement. There were two things that I did not like about this property. The absence of a closet was quite irritating and the manner in which we had to use the key card on the side of the wall in order to operate the lights and to flush the toilet was extremely annoying. I did not like those features.

It was a comfortable stay. I didn't have breakfast. Location was alright, would like for it to have been closer to a conference I attended.

I don’t expect much from hotels anymore that’s why I so pleasantly surprised by our stay. Excellent check in, thorough, professional. Loved loved loved the social on a Monday evening. Who gives you dinner, free beer and wine, and home baked cookies. Rooms were huge with full kitchen, living room, office space, 2 queens and a large bath. Everything was modern and spotless. Linens were new and clean, beds were great and breakfast was outstanding. This is what hotels should strive to provide! Job well done by everyone!

Location was excellent and coveniently located near our appointment facility. There was no silverware in the room.

The room was more than we expected which was great. Also our front desk clerk that checked us in was wonderful. Very friendly and personable. She even helped us when our door dash order got delivered to the wrong hotel.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast superb. The kitchen was immaculate. The cleaning staff could use more training.
