Beautiful property and very friendly staff! Highly recommend!

I thought this was going to be a great place for me to stay when I come to Greenville every month for business. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The room had loud noises that caused a banging and whistling sound every 25-30 minutes throughout the entire night. I only slept a couple of hours because of this. I went to the front desk at midnight and 1am and no one was there. I called the front desk at 3:30am and was told management wouldn’t be there until the morning. I spoke with the front desk in the morning but they told management wouldn’t be in until later in the day. The maintenance man was there and acknowledged the loud noises were something they were aware of and that a manager would contact me to make it right. I never heard from anyone! I called back the next day and the manager was rude and couldn’t have cared less. I see why there are other complaints about the staff’s customer service. They were not helpful at all. I wouldn’t take the chance of not being able to sleep at this hotel. The staff will not help you.

This property was beautifully maintained. The room was large, clean and modern. The bar was very comfortable and decorated nicely. I would recommend a stay here!

Hotel is beautiful, we have stayed several times. We were really disappointed that the buffet breakfast was no longer available. Small coffee shop now. Coffee was not available to the guests without an additional charge. Pods, however, were available in the room. Beautiful nonetheless, just miss that wonderful breakfast.

The hotel is gorgeous and I got in on the float mediation which was amazing! Really enjoyed my stay!

Loved the hotel! Immaculate and great service. Easy parking. The only thing I would suggest is having the pool open later than dark. It is lit up and inviting in September but not allowed to swim after dinner basically.

Our room was large , beautifully furnished with excellent storage and lighting. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked really well. The hotel is beautiful as are the surrounding grounds with lakes and landscapes on the property. The main restaurant is separate from the hotel and beautiful on its own with excellent food and service. The in-house bar is fun and intimate at the same time and the staff in both venues are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely return!
