Studio 6 Greenville, SC - I-85 Near Downtown

Highly Highly Highly Disappointed!!!! As soon as I entered room I was hit with the worst smell and room was extremely filthy! I was moved to another room. 2nd room was very dirty, lots of roaches crawling,very bad stains smeared all over ways and tv was not working my entire stay! Property also asked for security deposit which was insane! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

The room was extremely dirty. The floors were dirty. Bugs in the room. The smell in the room was horrible.

Location The room was dirty.The floor was dirty , the bathroom was dirty and the curtain was broken. There was cockroaches in the room.

I was charged for the room but the staff would not allow me to check and would not refund my room.

They had roaches the bathtub was filthy it really needs to be fumigated.

The location is good. I went without TV for 3 days after asking for help from the front desk. Had to call direct TV an research myself to get back on. The entire Studio 6 building is infested with roaches. Water issues. No linens ever. Police every day. As a manager or owner you should care about the guest experiences. But they dont. Especially when people on extended stay pay so much. MOTEL 6 CORPERATE also doesn't care. All their hotels are shit and ran by people who could care less. If so many people wasnt relying on this establishment for a place to stay I would have already called code enforcement. Because this is ridiculous. Does anyone even care? ALSO you can't walk around barefoot or you get grocery store feet. If it wasnt for Pets free I wouldn't be here. Someone should care about the issues with motel 6 and management or franchises. And by the way I have stayed at another "pets stay free property" and they charged me just as much me as for the dogs as myself. They should be a class action lawsuit against the false advertising and booking shouldn't even have them on their site or for that matter any other booking hub.

Room had roaches. NO batteries in smoke alarm. Dirty floor. Last time I stayed for months the my bathroom flooded and was left looking like a construction zone and they expected for me to clean up. Multiple days spent without water. Told the owner and the only thing I was offered was for him to show me more rooms. I should have had some kind of compensation for the troubles and all the issues at the property.

The rooms have roaches. The buildings are constantly flooding. The police banging on your doors doing room checks. Front desk is no help at all. They can't keep employees. Ibe stayed here this summer and recently came back. The room I'm in not is horrible. NO batteries in smoke alarm. Oh yeah when the rooms flood from busted pipes the water gets shut off for at least 4-5 hours. Don't recommend.

Full of bedbugs, could not sleep at all, smelly, and bugs everywhere. The furniture was ok, good fridge and cooktop.

Room was clean and nice but the bed was so soft my back hurt and I could not sleep nor could my husband. We prefer and medium softness but this was a Tempurpedic and was the softest one. Other than that it was a good stay and clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It is great to be able to take your pets. Complimentary coffee is available in the office. They also have a soda machine. You buy a cup and have access to drinks.
