Nice place only comment is could use new or fluffy pillows

Everything was great, I really enjoyed the classic feel. It almost seems like I was stepping back in history. The rooms were extremely nice.

It is an inn that dates to the 1760's. That being said, do not expect a brand spanking new hotel experience. There are no elevators; it is old narrower stairs. You get character and it has an excellent restaurant and bar.

The rooms are very dated. Carpet was very stained. Wasn’t what I had expected. Won’t stay there again.

A very old building, some creaks around. Could have been dusted better. Sheets clean. Lots of truck noises going around the roundabout all day & night. Bed is high up. It was really close to places we went.

What a cute find for a weekend getaway. We wanted to get away from the commercial stays. Love the feel of the room and space. Love the restaurant/bar.

El aire lo deben prender antes q lleguen los huéspedes porq se tardó en enfriar y pase calor! Pero estaba muy limpia!

Very clean room in a unique, well-appointed, yet affordable inn. Our family enjoyed our stay in this one-of-a-kind place.

It's a shame we had to leave a night early due to circumstances at home. But our stay was excellent as usual. I really liked the lady that checked us in. Very friendly

Absolutely loved our stay, We are planning to be back this fall and expect it to be a little more crowded but not outrageously so. Hope to have dinner at the restaurant on our next trip. Room was comfortable, bed was amazing, we talked about wanting to spend more time in the room but then again we dont travel to spend time in a hotel room. There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. When we arrived, we were greeted and treated very well at check-in. were able to take a quick look around the dining room area before being shown the stairs to our room.

I loved that this was an old building with lots of character. I slept well, shower felt great. There is a restaurant/ brewery in the building with great food. Try the brussel sprouts , amazing! They had a continental breakfast, grab and go stuff and an ice machine. Would love to stay here again if we get back this way.

Hotel was a very nice historical property. Our bathroom and shower could have used a little help. It was showing a little wear. The room and staff were very nice. The restaurant was very good.

I was looking for a different experience from the chain hotels, and I got it. Would stay again, but if someone in your group can't take the stairs, this isn't the right place for you.

We started our stay by having lunch in the restaurant. The beer they brew on site was very very good as was the food and the service. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The only negative was our experience in the pub they have in the basement. It was a mediocre experience. So we recommend the hotel based on our experience with everything except the pub. Plenty of free parking as well

The place was emaculant!! The only problem I had was their bed was more comfortable than mine at home.?. The location was perfect for a History nerd like me. The staff, were the greatest!! The French Onion Soup at the restaurant was the best I ever had. Nothing!!

Love the Vintage decor and charm. Clean and comfortable.

We liked the king-sized bed and the hideaway bed being pulled out and ready for us. The only staff we ever saw was the restaurant hostess. She pointed out our room to us and we had to ask where we could find a key for the room (she had laid it on the tv stand in the room), and she told us she had just turned on the AC for us. Therefore, the room was blazing hot and we had to strip off our clothes and remain in undergarments to prevent overheating for an hour and a half (we checked in at 9pm so the room should have been ready). In the morning, not a soul was in sight. We couldn’t find anyone to guide us to breakfast at 9:15am. I finally went into the laundry room in the basement and found a woman doing laundry. She informed me that breakfast was set up on the second floor down the hall in front of the other bedroom doors. How were we to know that? We found pre-packaged processed muffins, oranges and fruit, packaged applesauce, and yogurt parfaits. Not what we were expecting with an inn that is also a restaurant. There was orange juice and coffee. Coffee was horrible. There was no one to check out with, no one who provided an invoice or asked how our stay was. What a waste this place is. Go stay somewhere where human beings are actually present and at least pretend to care about your stay. Even a Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn would have been much better.
