Holiday Inn Express Hanover by IHG

The rooms were clean & we loved their new coffee brewing machines.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Nice place to stay.

Room was very clean, check in/out staff very friendly and made us feel welcome, decent and tasty breakfast, room temperature easily adjustable.

Staff was great but the property is dated and no hot water, pool out of order & room not clean.

I stayed here for my daughter's tournament. When I arrived they gave me a room that only had one queen size bed but I booked for two. The recptionist was very accommodating and upgraded our room. The room was clean and smelled better than the first one they were giving us. The staff were very nice during my stay. I didn't like that I wasn't contacted by staff beforehand regarding the change to my booking reservation. If there were no other rooms available I possibly would have been stuck with one queen size bed for my family. Thankfully not all the rooms were booked.

I liked how it was local and stores were nearby The room was extremely dirty, seemed like the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and bedsheets were dirty as well.

The staff was extremely helpful and informative. The breakfast and 24/7 coffee was very good. The only issue was the room was old and beat , bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close, neither would the nightstand draw. The bathroom was in dire need of overhaul, peeling wallpaper, stains and such. A/c worked well but was noisy and gurgled throughout the night. I don't think I would stay there again.

No walking shower, tub was too high to step into and I fell, that was the only thing that I wasn't satisfied with

The location was great They banned me because my 2 toddlers spilled cereal on the floor and i spent an extra hour cleaning it up for it to no be good enough. I spent over 1000 for less than a week. What a joke, and the manager couldnt even say it to my face, she had to call me off a private number while i was out to lunch.

Seriously impressed with this facility. It was very nice in the interior and the bedrooms weren't cramped. The breakfast was far better than I could have imagined for a hotel breakfast. They had hot food--eggs, seasoned potatoes, bacon, and a pancake maker that gave you two fresh pancakes in 1-2 minutes just by pressing a button--as well as typical continental items and fresh fruit. They also rotated which hot sides they served so you didn't have the same thing every morning. Staff was very freindly and they had complimentary items they could give you if you forgot to pack something. Shower water pressure was typical, so not super strong but not too bad either. Overall, absolutely would stay here again.

The location No cable tv and the internet was hard to access

Extremely pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel. We stayed for 6 nights. The breakfast was amazing ... eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, chocolate milk, etc. The bathroom amenities were fantastic. They had full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Not those little trial bottles that are used up after 2 showers! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
