You have to buy the cream shampoos conditioner threw a vending machine they didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave in the room they need to work on that

It was an upgrade to what I’m used to. Could’ve had some coffee at least, but we had a good nights rest! And that is what mattered. Staff was great. Nothing it was all good

I stay here frequently when I have to be in Harlingen for an early morning appointment. It’s one of the best-run Motel 6’s (I could have a whole blog reviewing different Motel 6’s). It’s very reliable: clean and well-kept place with friendly staff, feels very safe, usually quiet, It’s simple and basic but clean and comfortable.

Some of the staff was nice helpful and for the price or we decent. First the pool was dirty full of leaves didn't sound like it was working or if anyone cleaned it. Hall was hot, the bed are super firm not what I like was like sleeping in the floor. My room key stopped working i had to go down stairs 3 times because my door didn't open, apparently the battery was low on the lock thing, girl was very helpful and unlocked it when we needed it. But the one thing that did get me upset was one man during the night, I went to ask for towels because my kids got in the pool it was after 10 which is cut off time but there was a group of people outside and in the pool. So I assumed it was ok. He gave me the towels said the pool is closed I said ok but a while ago there was people so I assumed it was ok. He said ok yeah it closed at 10, I said ok then told me he was gonna call the cops. I asked why it's my kids, he said because there are people who shouldn't be there who done stay. Again I told him it's my kids and he said yeah I'm still calling the cops. So never staying here very unprofessional and rude. No one should be in the pool but was on his phone the whole night.

Location. It was near entertainment district had a great evening. The trash bags were not emptied or changed, my restroom trashcan has poop stains on the bag, meaning it wasn't changed only emptied, the rooms trash bin had a waterbottle and a used condom.....

Location security and clean Found some roach inside a towel at bathroom. Needs to fumigate room 220 or laundry

The hotel is nice and clean but offers no amenities and the desk clerk was not too clear on the charges. It seems that this particular hotel needs a lot of work/repairs done. Other than that, the room was okay. I wouldn’t rate it any higher. Thank you.

There was no shampoo in rooms or for sale in the lobby.

It was nice and clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly I was surprised that there was no refrigerator or microwave or coffee pot in the room in the bed was much more firmer than what I prefer. Other than that it was nice.

Room was ok however there was no shampoo/conditioner or soap thank God i always have my own. Also at the time of checkout no one was there rang bell called out but no one in site. There was no courtesy coffee. I had to come back at 11 am to get my receipt and still no one was there. I walked around and finally found someone who could help but when I was telling him what happen in the morning, he just said I can take care of you now.
