Hilton Garden Inn Hattiesburg

The front desk when checking in was very helpful. When checking out we mentioned the water pressure was less than optimal. That info was not well received. The hamburger they served could have been used as a hockey puck. Will not stay there again.

Elevator problems several times. I had to end up carrying my bags up several flights of stairs with several trips as I could not wait for the elevator to get fixed and the long line waiting for it. Also the breakfast should have come with the room. Other hotels in the area include breakfast for similar quality of room. Also if there is a fold out sofa there should be blankets and sheets in the room for this. No towels or trash emptied during our stay. We had to ask for the towels and then had to go downstairs at night to get them . We had asked housekeeping in the hall earlier during that day and were told that "they were out" of towels. I assume they just didn't want to go down and get any right then. I did like the check out time at noon. The staff was very friendly and tried to help. If we hadn't booked this through an outside website we may have just transferred to another facility in town that was half the price.

The hotel was nice. Overall it was a good stay. It was in a good area. Unfortunately my room was near the pool and kids ran up and down the hall screaming. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The hamburger and fries from the restaurant were ok. The staff was very friendly. The rate I paid was very high. If it was lower I’d stay there again.

No manager to fix any problems. App down, phone lines down, global outage is what they said but they still canceled my reservation but charged me for a night because we showed up next day. But when they don't answer the phones and app is down how do you tell them you are still coming. So we were homeless our whole trip. No one could help at all. Terrible

Breakfast at 10;00 am is unacceptable as we travelers are up and checked out of the facility long before then!!!!! The 10:00 am breakfast is such a deal breaker for us!!!!

This was a very clean and well maintained property. The staff was friendly and accommodating to any needs that we had.

There was no room available although my expedia account was charged.

Was told when checking in the pool would reopen that evening ,it never open the entire weekend. Its the only reason we booked this hotel. Room was hot when walked in. Call maintenance, they said it was blowing cold. each night we woke up hot. Maintenance comments was it was because of humidity. My answer was its midnight. I paid upfront for 4 breakfast meals only ate two and was charged again for another one.

My bed was comfortable. Hair was in the tub and on the bathroom floor. TRIED TO CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST THAT WAS INCLUDED IN MY ROOM!

Would have been five star but the pillows were toooo soft and entry and parking not the best.

Very annoyed and frustrated. The entire reason I selected this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. When we got there, we were informed it was closed. I feel like this was something we should have been given advance notice of so that we could make different arrangements. I had my kids with me. Completely ruined our trip.

Awful experience. Drove 8 hours just to be told my room had been given away at midnight with two small children in arm
