I will return to this hotel only thing I didn’t like was when time to check out and in a hurry waited over 10 minutes and no one to be found I really needed the receipt.

It’s not luxury, but it’s very clean and good value. The gym has everything you need and the staff was nice and helpful. There is a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks across the parking lot. Very practical and convenient.

I was robbed at gunpoint in your parking lot and your cameras were not functioning. That’s very unfortunate

Don't like the fact that their is a curfew on washing your clothes at 10pm you no longer can wash or dry and it's crazy because at the other Fairfield's as long as you have a key card you have access and they only have one washer and dryer out the entire building which sucks due to how much money you are paying to stay.

Star was accommodating. Breakfast was great parking was always available in the room was cleaned every day.

Very quiet hotel and clean no weird smells. Clean rooms, soft bed toilet seat was crooked but other than that nice place to stay Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. As I’m not from here I don’t know, but there is quite a bit of graffiti in the location

Overall, this was a good hotel stay. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the free parking was a nice bonus. The only issue I experienced was with the TV in my room. It froze on the first night, and while I contacted staff for assistance, they were only moderately helpful in troubleshooting the problem. A few hours later, they offered to move me to another room, but after a 7-hour drive I was too exhausted to pack up and switch rooms. Fortunately, the TV started working again on its own around 2 PM the following day. Aside from that inconvenience, the hotel was comfortable and met my expectations. I would consider staying here again.
