Mountain Inn & Suites Airport - Hendersonville

Clean, renovated rooms. Friendly staff. Some MINOR noise from highway.

We had such a great stay at Mountain Inn & Suites Airport in Hendersonville! The location is perfect, centrally located to just about everything and an easy drive to all that Hendersonville and Asheville have to offer. The pricing is more than fair for the comfort, convenience, and value you get. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was so quiet! But honestly, the best part was the people! Both the staff and fellow guests were so kind and welcoming. As a mom traveling with my young children, feeling safe and comfortable is a huge priority, and we felt right at home here. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip to the mountains! Highly recommend! ❤️ Nothing!

Superb

I was overall pleased with my stay at this location. The staff were friendly and accommodating! The room and property was clean and comfortable! The hard boiled eggs were kept refrigerated and I would prefer them to be warm but overall still pleased with the breakfast!

Tim at the front desk was amazing. He went above and beyond for our special request with such enthusiasm it really.mafe our stay special! Huge thanks to him!

Check in was easy and quick. room was very clean. breakfast was good. Attendant at breakfast saw me try to fill my water jug and came over and made it much easier by removing the bottom tray of the drink machine. She didn't have to do that. First room key i was given did not work. I had to drag my suitcase and things back to front desk to have another one issued. VERY STRONG smell of chlorine/clorox in the hallway (a bit less in the room). I am very sensitive to smells and although I am sure it was from cleaning products (a positive), it was too strong. Upon returning to hotel at 9 pm, the front parking lot was full and I had to park in back of the building, which as a single, old lady was a bit frightening. Did not realize I could go in back/side door until next day.

The main reason for the glowing reviews was Tim, at the front desk! Very pleasant to deal with and informative as to what the area had to offer. Breakfast was good with the standard offerings of bagels, waffles, fruit and the like. Location was handy for all of our needs. Though close to the highway, was remarkably quiet and everything was clean. would highly recommend and will stay again when in the area! one bed closest to the bathroom was way to soft.
