Your front desk night clerk should not be in customer service. She is rude and I'll absolutely never spend another penny there

The room was filthy. Dust and dirt all over the bed frame was full of dirt and dustyi don’t think it ever been cleaned . Kept my socks on the whole time. The bed were outdated with some weird metal frame to the floor so every time my son turned during the night the bed made a weird banging noise. The bathroom door was the grosses filthy dirty when you closed it to use the toilet with black mold. What a dump

The hotel was clean and updated, good place to stay. The beds were comfortable and area seemed safe

Bed was decent, room relatively clean. Poor repairs/maintenance. Ceiling above shower has a hole from a leak upstairs I'm guessing, no breakfast other than a waffle maker. paint over rotted bathroom doors, just poor quality of maintenance work.

Clean room, Check in staff was very helpful, bathroom well supplied. Only negative was lack of TV channels (but we survived).

My room was right by the office the door slamming started at 4-6 am every morning

What breakfast?

Place was in a hidden location. Generally a little run down with patched up areas not properly done. First room they gave us was terrible. Dog smell was overwhelming as soon as you walked in and lysol or some type of cleaner was very strong in an obvious attempt to cover it up. We requested another room and they assigned us one. 2nd room was much better but some of the baseboard in bathroom had been poorly repaired and appeared to be from pet damage. Overall a place I would avoid. We got the distinct feeling pets were more welcome than people.

Friendly staff loved that my sweet Scooby Doo got to stay in the room with us at no extra charge Could have done a little better job of cleaning the bathroom around the toilet was dirty but other than that everything was good

Everything was great

The room looked clean but the minute I opened the door the smell hit us. We turned on the air conditioner and the smell was coming from the air conditioner itself. So we cut it off and opened the window for some fresh air, that helped. I believe the air conditioner itself had mold or mildew in it. We stayed one night and a few days later we both had a sinus infection? Will not stay there again or any Red Roof Inns.
