Disappointing

The bathroom was dirty shower...

Ok. Had to ask for plates and napkins. Pastries were scarce. No cream cheese for bagels. Eggs were watery. Only thing good sausage as ND potstoes. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a board.bmy curtains fell down when night tried to close them

Exceptional

This is a great place to stay. We stay here all the time when we go to Tennessee.

A nice-looking facility that could be better managed. Terrible wifi service, the elevators broke down during our stay, dirty kitchen serving dishes were left in the breakfast/lobby area overnight, free coffee service was lacking creamer when we arrived, one night there was water on the hallway tiles (probably from kids that had run from the pool) that hadn't been wiped up; and we were told that breakfast service lasted 'til 9:30 am but they started breaking it down a half hour earlier. With a little extra care, this would be an excellent, moderately priced place to stay, but there were a lot of small annoyances that added up.

Everything! I loved the style. The pool and hot tub was nice. This hotel is convenient to all sorts of restaurants and shops! Nothing to dislike from this stay!

Great Na

I made a reservation for a 2 queen room with handicap bathroom. When we checked in they said we’re gonna upgrade you. I said I’ll take anything with 2 beds and a handicapped bathroom. Sent me to a king room, except we have 3 adults one being my 85 year old mom. So I w t back to the front desk and was given another room. 2 beds not handicapped. I went back down. Oh sorry that’s all we have. Ok we’ll make do for one night. Next day we’ll have the room for you by noon. Ok good. Show up later in the day only to find out they still don’t the room I RESERVED!!! This was not a last minute idea I made a reservation for our needs. My mother could not go to the bathroom on her won because she could t get up from the low toilet. So we ended up going out and buying a toilet riser for her to use. When I called to check on the room the very unpleasant lady said don’t curse at me and hung up on me. I never cursed but I guess she did that for the benefit of those listening so she could hang up on me. We could not have a more unpleasant stay. I requested a call from the manager but of course we are still waiting. I’m sure unless I call back I won’t hear anything from them.

Friendly staff and very good location to shopping and restaurants. Everything within walking distance

Professional staff. Very clean. Easy access to area. Good breakfast.

The floor in the bathroom remained wet the entire time we were in the room. The room smelled funny and the window curtains were dirty.

Clean ?

During check in was asked if 2nd floor was ok. I generally prefer to be on top floor, so asked what other options were there. I was told there weren't any. If that's the case why ask like you have something to offer? Went to use the hot tub. Pushed the button and no bubbles. Went to front desk and asked same woman if the hot tub was broken. She said no... it just doesn't make the bubbles. (Sounds broken to me who wants the jets for my aching back). The she said at least its hot. Well I'm so glad it wasn't broken and it least it was hot. Came down for breakfast about 8:50 am, by 9:05 food still on warmers but plates and bowls removed. Mind you the breakfast was to go until 9:30 am.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly and really made us feel welcome. The room was very humid. I am not sure if this is due to Tennessee in the summer

The only thing I did not like was the tub was slippery, but I put a towel down and it was fine. Overall vary happy.

The staff in all areas were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. The room was nice

This hotel was extremely clean and well located. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lucia was especially helpful when I lost my watch and left it behind. The food was also good in the breakfast. I would plan to stay there again if I needed to.

Staff was efficient, friendly and always available to assist. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast needs to last until 10:00. I missed it.
