Very clean and nice stuff, compare to other same class of hotels in the area

The room unfortunately had a damp smell to it. Otherwise, the breakfast bar was pretty decent. I appreciated the staff letting me know that my room was still available upon arrival.

Decent location. Great food nearby. The staff were warm and welcoming. Needing an update. Everything is just a bit done. The bathroom is small.

After a full day with the kids at the Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, it was so nice to arrive here and be warmly welcomed and have a comfortable place to lay our heads for the night. From the lovely young lady who welcomed us at evening reception to the daytime reception staff, everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful. Even the cleaning staff we passed in the hallways were always so friendly and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay such a pleasant one.

Breakfast was OK but the area could have been cleaner. Some guests are sloppy and there were a few breakfast messes to clean up.

The staff was super friendly and helpful including front desk staff, room service staff and managers! Amazing breakfast included even after the cut off time, they were lenient about time. Great coffee! :) They let us check in early and check out late when we had an emergency. The place was close to a lot of shopping, food and the schools that made us visit (RIT, University of Rochester). I would highly recommend staying here and will stay there whenever I visit.

This is an excellent hotel for overnight stay between flights. The breakfast was incredible! There are lots of other restaurants,supermarkets in a walking distance as well.
