La Banque Hotel

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is nicely located to restaurants, bars and shops. All the staff were fantastic and knowledgeable from housekeeping to the front desk. They helped us “merge” our reservations so we did not need to move rooms…the continental breakfast was a nice touch and tasty The room was clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable….

Excellent hotel

They had everything you could think of needing in the room already, the air was very crisp, beds comfortable and clean, and the staff was lovely. The continental breakfast was pretty small but it was free so no complaints from me! They also had free pickup!

Very elegant and comfortable hotel. My only observation is that the hallway and staircase carpeting were dirty and never vacuumed during my 3-night stay.

Love the place

Great

La Banque is such a great boutique, hotel in a great location, with wonderful staff and rooms. I’ve stayed here several times and I’m never disappointed.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing stay. Our room was not clean (hair on the bathroom sink and in the tub. We stayed two nights and when the room was 'cleaned' after the first night they did make the beds and leave towels but left dirty glasses that we had brought up from the bar and didn't bother to empty the trash cans. It's a beautiful space but is showing some wear. And the worst, was the breakfast. Prepackaged Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal and pastries. And make your own Keurig coffee. If the price met these kind of standards, I wouldn't be complaining. But this is a pricey hotel. We did not get the value for what we paid. The one really positive thing - the bar. What a beautiful space, good service and good drinks.

Everything was good. I liked the room I stayed in before better than this room. I was not please with the tv. It was not a smart tv so I could not access my apps.

The room was spacious and clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was free and nice spread with many different options. Kerig coffee makers in room nice touch! The staff was friendly. Only wished was more directive that parking is in back and how to get to it. On front is street side and no parking. I wish they would send u email/text saying parking entrance in back. Me and my family would stay there again!!

Peaceful night in downtown homewood, il. Clean, great customer service. Restaurant food was great.

Very nice. Quiet space. Even with some minor booking issues, the staff was extremely helpful. Our dogs were welcomed as well, which made the statement much easier.

Great place 👌

The hotel was beautiful , parking was great and food was great.

The staff was very helpful, the room and entire environment was extremely clean!

Very nice hotel and property. The room was comfortable and the jetted tub was relaxing.

The hotel was closed due to no power. I was not able to check in as they were not open. Why did you take my reservation. I need my money back!!!

Super friendly staff. Easy parking. Got an awesome night of sleep. Comfortable beds, blackout shades, quiet. It wasn’t the absolute cleanest place I’ve stayed but still decent.

If you are looking for a cute, boutique-style hotel, this is for you. Adorable European inspired hotel that met all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, friendly hotel!
