Right next to the shopping centre, which some of the party enjoyed Nothing

Great location is you like shopping and dining. Located on street with very busy traffic, too much of big city traffic noise on level 6 where we stayed.

Location was great. It was walking distance to the mall and beach. We wanted to get something to eat and there was a card in the room with a restaurant that had sandwiches, pasta and pizza as well and also delivered. So we ordered a few items on the menu but it was cold when we got it. And one of the items didn't have the sauce that went with it. It was $60 dollars worth of food. I would have expected more from this restaurant being that it was recommended by the hotel. And they didn't take international cards as well. That is the one thing that we didn't like at all.

Breakfast was fast and good for a buffet breakfast.

We love staying here! It’s convenient and close to shopping and tons of food choices! We stay here almost every time we come to Oahu.

The hotel is huge with convenient access to the Ala Moana shopping mall from 2F. Check in was smooth, the room in American standard was pretty good. However, the bathroom was not so clean (there were other customers hair stuck to the shower faucet). The staff were friendly and we otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Great staff and conveniently located next to the Ala Moana mall. The hotel has a Starbucks and general store in the front lobby.. the pool is nice and has a decent gym facility. Really a great place to stay.

The hotel lobby was very cool thanks to the air conditioning, and it was spacious and clean. However, I was disappointed that the room was a bit small. The biggest downside was the bedding. The comforter was extremely thin and not fluffy or comfortable at all. When I looked inside the duvet cover, I found what seemed to be just a blanket rather than a proper comforter. It wasn’t warm or cozy at all. The hotel really needs to upgrade its bedding. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff came every day to clean the room, which I really appreciated

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast buffet each morning at the restaurant next door to hotel.

Stayed in the Kona Tower and happy to see a recently renovated room. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Didn't get a chance to use the pool (rain) or fitness center during this trip. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great having a Starbucks in the lobby!

Nice, clean simple hotel in a good location. Perfect for a 2 night stay before embarking on a cruise Walls were quite thin . Neighbors were a bit noisy but security dealt with it

Ala Moana has roaches . When staff was advised all that was said was sorry not that it would be report it this is unacceptable . Now I have to make sure my luggage did not come with traveling roaches .
