If you are looking for a comfortable place that is not the Ritz, but is clean and SUPER locally convenient with just a 5min walk from Waikiki beach, then Kuhio Banyan is the spot! The full kitchen (and Target right on the corner) was a huge plus. The Staff are friendly and helpful, and the area is close to bus stops, shops, and a myriad of yummy eateries... Would definitely consider staying here again on a return trip to Oahu.

The room was disgusting, full of roaches all throughout the INTERIOR of the room. Wanted a refund for the remaining nights and they declined. Poor and horrible service.

Beautiful setting on Kaneohi bay. Generous use of SUPs, kayaks. Lush tropical gardens.

We're accommodating when my flight was landing late. The location was a good walking distance from major attractions and the beach. Busstop is not too far away. That only reason I would take a star off is because there were a lot of sugar ants in the room. Other than that the room was comfortable.

We had a great stay at the hotel! Everything was exactly as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was excellent, with everything we needed within easy reach, making it very convenient for exploring the city. What we especially appreciated was that after checking out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for the rest of the day, completely free of charge. It made our stay much more enjoyable and stress-free. We could also borrow beach items free of charge, which was really convenient. :)

The front desk helped me find parking options. The location (far from parking, busy shops out front, grungy alley between hotel rooms and building in back). Shower had only cold water. Pull down bed, couch and carpet stained and grungy. Room overall very dated. Ceiling fan didn't work well.

The young lady that checked us in was funny. Very nice and answered our questions. Like best places to eat.
