Staybridge Suites Hot Springs by IHG

Location was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t find front desk staff to check in for about 10 minutes no one around. Exterior of the hotel needs some repairs and paint. Safety fence in back is broken. Entrance trash cans were overflowing and trash was on the ground and blowing all over grounds. The one & only elevator broke on our last day.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. One employee brought us bottled water when we were sitting outside. Nice room, convenient location. Pool had weird white chunks floating in it. At first, it was closed for repairs, but then they opened it. We waited until the next day to swim when we saw others in the pool. It still had white chunks in it, but they said it was perfectly safe. It was absolutely freezing! For an indoor pool, it should be heated. I love to swim, but I wasn’t even in the water five minutes. The others got out quickly also.

The kitchen had a full sized refrigerator which was great. Breakfast was very good with several choices of hot items. The location was beautiful.

Lake view

Superb

The location is fabulous, next to the lake and easy on and off highway. Biggest con, their beds/mattresses are “old”, not comfortable, sizes are odd compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. This was our second visit.

Close to the lake Property seemed to me outdated and needs some TLC. Breakfast was not good

Very good

The room was decent sized with a nice view The pool was not open, the water is not easily accessible, the breakfast was not worth waking up for, and the property took 7 days to give our deposit back.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast so much better than other breakfast offered at same level hotel accommodation.

Great stay. I enjoyed visiting with the staff. Everyone was so nice

Exceptional

Disappointing

The breakfast was very good! My family and I loved it! A hot tub is all that was missing.

CLEAN ROOM

Clean, efficient, great lake view. Staff friendly. Breakfast filled the belly for heading to a beautiful day in Hot Springs Food was the same every day. And the pastry was a hard rock sweet biscuit ?. They should change it to muffins.

Everything

That we felt safe and my disabled niece could enjoy herself in the pool. We also was able to bring my nieces dog so that also made her stay better. Nothing

Room was good but the sofas are not clean there stain marks all over the sofa
