The hotel bathrooms on 2nd nigh had cockroaches. I had 2 roomd booked, both had this. Elevator got stuck mutiple times. We had to use stairs to come down fom 7th floor. Downstairs batchrooms were not cleaned onn the morning. Front desk lady could not contact manager as she told us on Monday, he cannot be reach until wednesday.

Let me start by saying that the pictures online are very deceiving. As soon as we walked in, I noticed how dirty the hotel looked, and unfortunately, the room wasn’t any better. We arrived very late after traveling for a softball tournament, so all we wanted to do was get some rest. The next morning, I had a chance to really look around, and I was extremely disappointed. The bedsheets looked dirty, the room had an unpleasant smell, the shower glass and bathroom mirror looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the headboard had visible stains from previous guests. Even the floors were dirty. The housekeeping service was just as disappointing. On the second day, they removed our dirty towels but didn’t replace them. We were left with no hand towels and only two already-used bath towels. They made only one of the beds, took out the trash, and even left a dirty towel sitting on the floor. For the price of a hotel stay, I expect a clean room and basic housekeeping. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met. The only positive thing I can say is that the location is great. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone who values cleanliness.

Good location. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. Restaurant was good and had live music. Baseboards and carpets were stained and dirty. Bed linens were threadbare.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was near everything. The staff was so kind and so helpful. The only problem I had is that you couldn’t sit at the ground patio unless you were eating in the restaurant so they stated you could use the second floor patio. Which would have been great but there was no lighting at all at night. If you recommend guest to use the second floor to be able to sit then you should make sure that is has lights and able to be used.

Great hotel just slightly off the main drag of town, but very close to the convention center. Well maintained and really nice front desk staff. Don’t think many people valet, as it wasn’t very fast!

Great location!!! In Walking distance to everything downtown. Helpful staff and complimentary breakfast were good.
