This was a very inexpensive hotel for Houston. I felt the most I could ask from it was that the staff be friendly and my room be clean, and these both were true.

Good place for the money

Lots of issues, elevator was working only from the first floor, bathroom wasn’t clean, room smelled like mildew, floor was uneven indicating structural damage, however staff was nice, breakfast was ok. They renovated to try to make the room look nice, kind of a serious miss.

The breakfast was ok the coffee was too black and if the container was not washed just kept pouring more coffee in there instead of washing it. Several pieces were rotten the only I really enjoyed was the waffles and the fried eggs Only three towels were in room when we arrived two hand towels and face towels when we ask for more always was told they were in the dryer each day for two people the bed was not made up the sheet were just pull up the sheets did not feel or smell like they were changed.

food was good Cleaning crew seemed to be the real manager of the hotel, front desk management was ineffective. Cleanliness was occasional and not systemic. If you only spoke English, then you are in trouble, sign language was how we communicated most of the time

The room was very poorly maintained, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I booked a room for three people, but they only provided towels for two. Instead of comfortable pillows, they provided cushions, which were very uncomfortable to sleep on, and both my family and I ended up with neck pain. The sheets and towels were stained and looked very worn and heavily used. The toilet paper was also an issue. There was a new roll available, but the roll already placed in the bathroom appeared to have been previously used and was only half full instead of being replaced with a fresh roll. We also had problems with the room itself. The lights located between the beds did not work, the shower had very low water pressure, and they only provided one bar of soap for three people. I want to clarify that I had no problems with the hotel staff. The main issues were the cleanliness, maintenance, and condition of the room. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel. For the price, I expected the room to be much cleaner, better maintained, and properly prepared for three guests.

Coming in to the room, i had to turn the AC on to start cooling the room in 100 plus degree weather. Ac was a little loud. We had holes in the fitted sheet. Ice machine was broken and they said they are waiting for it to be replaced. Elevator would work to go up to the 2nd floor but we had to take the stairs going back down. The hot breakfast...the eggs and sausage links were disgusting. The gravy looked iffy so I didn't even bother trying biscuits and gravy. I made a waffle and it was okay. The front desk guy was very polite and friendly. I would not stay here again.

Front desk staff was super sweet, but only one towel was provided for e a 2 bed room. Had to wait for towels even after room was cleaned. Other than that, everything was good.

Elevator didn't go down, no towels provided at all, I didn't have curtains, and others were extremely loud

This hotel is going through many issues: There's a single Elevator that only goes from 1st floor up. Doesnt come down. There are not enough bath towels. I ahd specifically requested a 1st floor room as I was traveling withbsenior citizens, but was alloted both rooms on 3nd floor and each day of stay we had to go down, take the elevator up and then get everyone down. Room service wasn't done even when requested to the front desk.

Elevator was broken. So too was ice machine. Toilet needed a little help with refilling the cistern. No wash rags. Told there was a “towel shortage “ by front desk. Water fountain at front was broken, another resident put their hand in it and received a small electric shock. The mattresses felt like box springs - you could feel the springs through the pad. Will Pass next time.

Glad I didn't extend my stay and only kept it to one night. I'm not sure how long the elevator issue was going on but it was truly an inconvenience having to call down from the balcony for the elevator up in order to ride down. The hotel had a limited supply pillows, covers/blankets, towels, they don't supply face towels at all. If you're staying more than a few days they don't provide daily housekeeping. Its only every 3 days- mind you its not an extended stay hotel. You would have to bring your towels down in order to exchange for fresh towels everyday. The breakfast staff was kind, sir waffles sausage and biscuits gravy so warm breakfast was welcome. Both the coffee dispensing machine and the waffle mix dispensing machine were not working. They do have a sugar ant problem. while I was checking out it looked like someone was having to take a trash bag onto their truck door where their window may have been smashed in parking lot. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Friendly staff. It’s immediately beside strip clubs. The breakfast hours changed and we were not notified so we missed breakfast.

The building is outdated and the A/C doesn’t work on the top floor but the room was incredibly clean and the hot tub in the room was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable bed and I even left my iPad behind after I checked out, I was able to come back later in the day and the staff had it for me at the front desk instead of disappearing somewhere. It’s located in between a couple strip clubs but other than that the stay was very quiet and I would definitely stay here again!
