Courtyard by Marriott Houston Northeast

Exceptional

Great room! Comfortable bed, clean accommodations! Nothing

Poor

Cleanliness, location, lobby and patio areas The bed was too hard

Loved the property, friendly staff, spacious room.

Very nice stuff and rooms

Natalie was amazing! Super helpful and courteous!

Super friendly staff and clean hotel. A great location near plenty of restaurants too. I'll definitely be back. Bed was comfy, AC worked well, and big bathroom too.

The hotel was to be expected great I only wish that they would get their computer systems working properly. I had to give them my credit card several times on multiple days.

I was only there for a weekend, everything appeared to be good. However the room did have a stench, like mold or something. I didn’t want to be one of those people to complained based on the fact that I’d already been having a rough time so I just stuck it out.

It was extremely nice, we were so thankful to be able to stay here. Room was very clean, staff was very accommodating. Also Engine was a great help as well, awesome customer service, with great communication.

Clean Pool

I loved where the property was located. It was neat, clean, and quiet. It was close by many stores that I could go to like 2 to 3 minutes from. Also, Natalie was amazing. She was patient she helped in every way she could to make sure my stay was comfortable. I truly appreciated that. She was amazing.

Hotel & staff were very nice. Room was clean with a plush bed. Dining area was cozy, serving decent breakfast options. Parking was easy, with a lot directly across the street. There's a great Thai restaurant attached to the hotel. Overall, its a great place stay for your travel needs.

Very nicely done! Great staff, very friendly. Very nice and quiet room. Easy to access parking. we felt very safe and very welcomed.

Muy buena ubicación con tiendas y restaurantes cerca. La habitación es bastante cómoda y la atención del personal y la limpieza de las instalaciones es excelente.
