The housekeeper was was friendly and breakfast was good Faucet was dripping, water pressure was not good. Mold in one of two rooms.

Our stay was great minus the breakfast. We went down to try and have some breakfast and there was nothing left. There was no plates and only one person making omelets trying to keep up with the line of people waiting.It was crazy.

Room was a good size and generally well equipped, although the lounge area really needs a USB charging port. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, which had good water pressure for the showers. Room wasn't serviced on one day. Continual problems with the TV's, which weren't even addressed until I reported it for a 3rd time. Restaurant made a food substitution without asking if it was O.K. first. Room service attracts a $3 delivery charge and 22% service charge - making it obscenely expensive.

Everything I loved everything about it. Everything was welcoming. Everything was clean. It smelled great. Seemed updated not a fan of indoor pools, but we didn’t use it. Everything was great. No complaints. There was really nothing bad to say about it

The room was nice and clean, breakfast was wonderful, and above all, the gentleman who was at the front desk the day we checked in and the lady at the front desk the day we checked out were absolutely amazing.

Excellent Embassy. But the elevators were slow. Also the breakfast area was out of plates. Staff were excellent. The Guy at the bar was excellent. Front desk personnel were amazing!!!! Rooms were very clean.

At approximately 11:30 p.m., while my father was asleep and could not hear the knocking, a hotel employee unlocked the door and walked into his room without permission. This was late at night and completely unacceptable. The employee should have checked with the receptionist and confirmed whether the room was occupied before entering. The incident woke my father and made him feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Hotel guests deserve privacy and security, especially while sleeping.
