Four Points by Sheraton Houston Hobby Airport

My A/C was out so the had a portable one and the highway smelled nothing, but like marijuana and trash on the floor all in the highway never been cleaned

I received my credit card bill showing that they charged for the room. My reservation was made thru Expedia and was paid in full. I called the desk and I was told they will call me back in 20 minutes. It is now 9 hours later, still no call back.

Nothing. This is listed as a 3 star hotel. It should be 1 star. It's dirty, has an odor and unappealing.

Stayed for two day tv didn't work for those two days dish wasn't working

Good stay

I booked through Expedia , notated around what time I was arriving , then was not able to check in due to system at the hotel doing its audits. charges are still pending even though I didn’t even get to check in or get my room.

If you're booking through the engine app, don't bother going here, it's not set up correctly. I waited for 40 minutes while they tried to sort out the payment method. Additionally, the pillows were all rock, hard breakfast was not served and the hot water didn't work.

Only One 2 plug wall socket . Poor lighting. No complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. No Hand soap by the sink. TV did not work(constantly lost signal and screen went blank,very hard to get the remote to work).

My mother and I stayed for 3 nights and house keeping didn’t clean the room the whole stay. There was no soap or shampoo and only one roll of toilet paper. I saw bugs in the bathroom and a roach on the hallway. There was a terrible vibe in the room.

Location to the airport Our room was not properly cleaned. The bed was soaked in wet pee upon check in. It was also not well lit or furnished. No decorations, and smelled of mildew. They asked us to come get new sheets from the lobby and change the bed ourselves.

Arrived a little after 9pm….waited 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. There was a roach in the hallway, The floor in the room had like loose trashed swept in the corner. Holes in the sheets.

The property was clean but that was about it ....the first room they gave us we entered and the entire floor was soaked in water because the mini fridge was broken the cable was out the AC was not working and they had a temporary one which was not cooling the room.... The second room they gave us the cable was also out in fact the cable was out the two days we were there so we had no TV during our stay... Then the second room restroom handle was not working so it would not fill up the tank... Finally I know the breakfast is complimentary but at least self-serve waffle maker would be a nice

Great location friendly staff easily accessible to food and dtink outside the hotel. The only set back is the air-conditioning I had a 1 bedroom suite the air-conditioning is only in the living room making it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. I would suggest the hose attached to the moveable unit be extended to enter the bedroom

Pool, parking, and cleaning staff were all great. Unfortunately, both rooms we stayed in had portable A/C units that did not cool the rooms properly. We were moved to a different room, but experienced the same issue again. We ended up checking out early and did not even ask for a refund. Very disappointing experience overall.

I wasn’t thrilled with the property. I only stayed one night well, I was preparing to go to the airport. The location was great for that. The free shuttle was very convenient and fast and the driver was friendly. My room just didn’t seem put together very well. It was old and I found a used wash rag in my shower. The toilet handle was broken. There was just a few little incidentals like one packet of shampoo and conditioner. The staff was very friendly though. I do not think I would go there again.
