Todo muy bien, solo que algunos receptionist muy poco amables, pero de ai el cuarto muy equipado y limpio, y la señora Blanca de la cocina muy amable y atenta, aparte de que el almuerzo muy completo y rico ☺️

As per usual the beds and pillows are comfortable the rooms are decent enough and the lobby is always clean This holiday inn express location was one of the worst experiences I’ve had so far on day one I asked for an extra comforter and they had none … the breakfast was also disappointing on day one not enough pancake batter or breakfast eggs and sides it was 9am so we went an hour before breakfast starts and an hour before it ends and we somehow didn’t get anything since it was clearly not enough for the hotel guests on the second day our toilet got clogged and we decided to call maintenance but to our luck we were told they weren’t available till Monday … so either we used the lobby rr or waited for the staff to go get us a plunger and do it ourselves … the pool also looked dirty so we decided to not even give it a go and during our two night stay we saw no one at the pool so that should say something about it everything regarding this hotel was just weird they need to do better

Excellent place for everyone visiting Houston. Amazing protein rich breakfast. The rooms are somewhere small. The WiFi signal in our room was weak.

Overall stay went well. The room looked clean even with noticeable vacuum lines in the couch and chair. The downside was the walls were very dirty and honestly kind of gross. BUT other than that I have no other complaints.

The room that I booked on Expedia was not the room that I was placed in. I booked a suite with 2 queens however I was placed in a king suite with a pull out bed. The pull out bed was like sleeping on metal with a thin pad for a mattress. My key card kept “unconnecting” so I continued to have to go to the front desk for them to fix my key card. Day 2 I was moved to a room with 2 queens however beds but not a suite which is was I was charged for. Although I showed them the booking from Expedia they informed me that I would still need to contact Expedia which is a huge inconvenience since the hotel has agreed to use Expedia for booking then they should resolve issues with them. The staff is great, the experience was terrible so I probably would not visit again.

Nothing besides the distance to our destination It was very dirty, walls bathroom. And room service came in early morning when we went for breakfast without knocking. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable

There is nothing to complain about. Hotel was always clean. Breakfast is hot and delicious ious. Staff is so welcoming. My entire family enjoyed our experience at the holiday inn on west rd. When family comes in town. That’s where my family stays

We stayed two nights. I usually pay close attention to the breakfast and it was good. They have a pancake machine. Coffee (quality/taste) machine was good too. I’d stay here again.

Our vehicle got vandalized, windows broken and purse stolen. Parking is not secure

Property was well maintained and organized.
