The room was nice and very appealing upon walking in. There was a balcony with a decent view of the city, modern furniture, and appliances that were up to date. Once I turned the lights on, the room revealed some not so pleasant secrets. The first thing I noticed was the pale white spots on the sofa which ruled out us using it the entire stay. In the bathroom, the towels were folded very neatly and placed in the proper area, but one set of towels had a brown residue across the set of towels. Overall, the room did not feel like it yet cleaned properly before our arrival. Communication was very difficult. At times it felt like trying enter an escape room mostly because of my inexperience with this type of check in. However, I will say that the fob and the elevator system are not in sync. There were times where we spent 3-5 minutes waiting on the fob to respond to the elevator with our hands full. When we left, we did not get any email instructions for checking out other than leave a specific hangar on the door which could not be found in the room. Thisbolace has a ton of potential, but the communication, up keep, and attention to detail has to be improved.

It was nice. However ran out of coffee pods in the room and requested more and never got it. Had to go buy some so i could have my morning coffee

Check in information was inaccurate (room front door # listed as Key Cafe # leading to frustrating check in), only one key available instead of 2), cell phone would not work from room...had to go outside for cell service, no soap nor conditioner in bathroom, coffee table was dirty, had another MINT reservation scheduled for next trip - cancelled immediately - never again - what a mistake at any cost.

It was horrible. The property management is offsite, and they couldn't provide me with a key fob to access the elevators, my room, and all of the amenities on site.

Perfect location for the medical center, great price, wonderful accommodations.

Great stay!

Nice view, clean

Parking information was hidden in a link to the reservation email. My car was towed even though there was bo warning in the garage not signage in the apartment. This was a DISASTER!

Except for the carpet in the bedroom, the rooms were spotless. Great views. Convenient to MD Anderson and the rest of the Texas Medical Center.

Carpets need to be cleaned. Paper towel holder, towel racks and bathroom sink need to be repaired. Check-in communications need to contain the correct number to access keys. Nice size property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Great experience

Kitchen and laundry were nice. There was slight damage to a wall. Also, check-in instructions were incomplete, leaving out the code to access the building and elevator key. That was resolved easily through a call.

2/10. Spacious room and friendly staff. We had an incident where we requested new mattress pads and the staff unmade the bed, shoved all the sheets in the corner and didn't remake the bed. I was also accused of taking the key fob when I left (thanks Roseanne) which didn't happen, so the staff is less than honest. And trying to get inside this building after hours is a nightmare and kind of scary. I will never stay here again and recommend others heed my advice.

We stay at this location frequently and always enjoy it. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and everything we need for a comfortable stay. We love having access to the pool, hot tub, gym, and common areas, plus the private patio is a great spot to relax. The location is perfect — easy access to groceries, right on the Bayou trail, and just steps from Hermann Park. The only downside this time was that only one elevator was working during our stay, which got a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything was great as usual. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a nice stay. How ever why is the parking so expensive if you are staying there and you have to park only on the 6th level.

Wonderful stay! Very clean and beautiful pool view!

Property is nice, directions could be clearer.

Loved the building and unit I stayed at! The unit was clean and had the right supplies for my stay, which was wonderful. The whole place felt quiet and safe. The main downside was communication from Mint House itself. There's an important email for move-in that I didn't get until I called, the key system (for getting the key) didn't work so I had to call again, and apparently parking is $30 per day which was a convenient fine print thing they did rather than include it in the overall cost.

Beautiful property and way better than a traditional hotel. I had to be on a special diet for my stay so being able to cook was so nice.

Very clean and spacious room
