Couldn’t get new rags when asked they said 10 for extra person, it was musty in there. They lady worker was rude. The need more staff.. I only got this room cause it was a bundle. Won’t be there again

Property has been updated and has very spacious and clean rooms and is literally five minutes from the airport. The only negative was the breakfast was lacking.

Nice property but not close to any eateries or nothing offered other than chips and drinks. They did have a free shuttle to airport so it kind of made up for the 2Ubers we had to use to find food.

Shocked how many reviews said this place was so clean. Our room was absolutely filthy and disgusting, but we had a long day of traveling and my kids were already falling asleep, so I just laid out some beach towels we had with us and didn’t use any of the blankets. The top sheet on the bed was stained all over, the mattress, sheets and blanket for the sofa bed were also stained in multiple places. There were 4 of us and we only had enough pillows for 3, and when I asked the girl at the front desk for one extra pillow since my twin boys were sharing the sofa bed, she told me that every room had a “pillow limit”, in all my 30+ years of traveling I’ve never heard anything like this and she was pretty rude about it even when I explained I had 4 people. Then in the morning I needed to print out boarding passes for the next leg of our trip, and was told it would be $1 per page, for black and white not even color!? I even showed them pictures of our room to make them aware of the lack of cleanliness and stains just in case they tried to keep our deposit or something, and they didnt seem too concerned about it. The only thing decent at breakfast was the waffle maker but there’s only one so be prepared to wait. Only positive thing I can say is it’s very close to the airport and they do come pick you up in their mini van, but it seems as though they are charging the amount for a 3+ star hotel when it’s maybe a 1.5, at best, and they’re just trying to cut corners and make money

The room was big and it was clean. The staff was rude. We asked for an extra blanket and pillow and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. They would not give us a pillow but they did eventually bring us a blanket. The breakfast was terrible. Some breads and pancakes. Nothing fresh or cooked. I would not stay here twice.

The staff were very friendly. I wish I had known about the shuttle! The shuttle is super needed! It was very convenient in distance from hotel to airport.
