Everything was excellent!
-
I liked the old style feel with the updated hotel amenities The bathroom was a little small

Breakfast was generic. Nothing special. You can find the same breakfast at any Holiday Inn. Stay not worth the high price.

Everything was great stayed there 25 years ago and came back and will go back for special occasions. Great location and wonderful staff.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel staff was so very nice and helpful! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

We have stayed here many times and have always found it to be top notch! Unfortunately, not this time! We were on the 6th floor and they were doing construction on the 7th through the 9th floors. I completely understand that part. I don’t understand that this was not disclosed at booking, or at the very least, when we checked in. The air vent, which was at the top of the wall, blew air right into our faces every time it came on. Most of the staff is absolutely wonderful but room service is terrible! We got sick in Houston and didn’t want to subject other people to it so we ordered room service numerous times. Every single time they forgot something. One time it was food. Another time it was drinks. Another time silverware. We have always loved the Lancaster and everyone there but are seriously considering somewhere else for our next trip. Please see above!

Very pleasant

I've stayed at the Ritz Carlton twice and this hotel gives the same vibe but at a fraction of the price. Also, all the snacks and drinks in the room are complimentary. Highly recommend!
-
The food was good but the coffee was cold. The kitchen help did not replace it when we told them about it.
-
A wonderful boutique hotel, that's within the arts district of the city. Reasonably priced for what you get. The only downside is the parking is very expensive, but when considered with how the room is priced, the complete cost is still reasonable.

The rooms and staff, the bar and restaurant, were all lovely. The shower has great water pressure and the beds are very comfortable. The mini bar is a great idea, but when I told the front desk I am allergic to nuts and asked them to kindly remove the items with nuts, they removed some but left the peanut butter cracker sandwiches and the potato chips (which contained peanut oil). They also proceeded to refill the minibar with a lot of nuts the next day!! The orange juice in the minibar had gone brown. Breakfast is lovely, as was the lady on duty when I was there, but please provide boiling water for brewing tea by having an urn that can reheat right there at the buffet as once again the water was lukewarm warm. I came at the end of March 2026 and wrote the same suggestion about the water but nothing has been done to change the situation. I had also suggested having mini pots of tea and coffee being brought to the tables to the guests, but nothing has been done to change this. This is a high end hotel, which charges a significant amount per night, so these things I implore you to address. Thank you.
