Management was very sarcastic walking off as I'm talking just because I accidentally dropped my keys down the elevator shaft an no help with it what so ever.

don’t like anything, it is not a hotel just like a ghetto. check in at 5:00PM still waiting and hour room to clean, no soap for bath even I requested, smell terrible, bed , sheet , etc. It is the worst hotel I ever see.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I like the fact that my room was right by the elevator It could have been clean a little bit better there was candy under the bed and the restroom floor was dirty

Let’s start from the begin, check in was good. Room looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all! The lady’s that work the front desk. Where racist to me but sweet as could be to my (Hispanic)boyfriend. I have pic of the restroom

Nice worker. There were roaches coming out of the sink, and the room was very dusty. There was no soap or body wash provided. The room was expensive for what the hotel offered, which was a place with a bunch of drug dealers and homeless people right outside the hotel. I felt unsafe the entire time, and we were approached by a fellow guest who asked us for tobacco? Just an overall horrible experience. The staff were nice though!

Nothing This was the worst hotel I ever been and you guys didn’t want to cancel or refund me! I didn’t even check in or stayed there. Nobody at front desk, there was a sign to call the number, called so many times and nobody answered, I was not the only one…

It's affordable. I have a full size fridge and a stove in my room. The staff is nice. That my room is at the end of the hall. And the Internet is slow at times
