Comfort Suites Hummelstown - Hershey

Staff was very nice and welcoming. One of our rooms had bad mold around the tub. Notified front desk and was told management would call to rectify, even emailed them photos of all the mold. Still no call back from them.

The greatest customer service ever.

Facility used to be top notch but now is looking worn and tired

We always enjoy staying there

The room was in very poor condition with wet and damaged drywall in the bathroom. Holes in the carpeting. A cabinet for the refrigerator that was broken and crumbling. A room phone that didn't work. And constant low supplies in the room. No tissues and only 1.5 toilet papers. We also had to constantly had to ask for towels eve ln though the reservation was for 5 people we never had enough towels in the room. The morning breakfast was decent but the tables were never cleaned between guests but the selection of food was good.

I loved toliets. They was tall. Room walls felt paper thin. I heard everything while I was trying to sleep.

Price Location

Very good

Great setup. A little noisy area.

The location was convenient for where we were going. They had a place we could park our motorhome and trailer.

Breakfast was good; good choices. The room was clean The ac kept going off and waking everyone up. The room was hot.

Exceptional

Check in was very smooth. The room met our needs. The pool was a nice addition. Breakfast was sufficient. Overall, we had a good stay!

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean enough, but there was a laundry list of repairs that were needed. The rooms smelled musty, the toilet seat was broken, there was a leak by the window, the shower head was broken…and don’t eat the fake eggs. We won’t be returning a 3rd time.

Bad

Our stay was phenomenal. The property was very clean and well kept, it smelled so nice and was well taken care of.

Hotel was very clean. The rooms were very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot was well lit and freshly coated. Breakfast was ok.

Location to Hershey, friendly front desk person Big stain on sofa pillow in room, toilet not tightly connected to floor so it rocked when you sit on it, towels smelled bad, coffee at breakfast was watered down from a push-button machine.

Nice clean large rooms, Ours King size bed. Large clean bath, we asked for extra towels no issue. Easy access to 322 & the Hershey attractions are a nice 15 min drive away. Staff was friendly & helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again

It really was nothing major to truly complain about. It was a decent hotel. Like most hotels in Pennsylvania I felt it was a bit dated and things needed to be replaced. But it was very clean. The staff was nice. My kids enjoyed the breakfast.
