Holiday Inn Express Hershey - Harrisburg Area by IHG

Convenient location for me Friendly staff

Very nice and newly renovated hotel. Great location for all things Hershey with easy in/out and free parking. They offer fresh baked cookies and coffee in the lobby and the variety of breakfast items is perfect!

Good

Very clean hotel and well organized . Clean rooms and updated well . Helpful staff Rain line is close to hotel , so you will hear it at night

Continental breakfast was outstanding and located perfectly to Hershey

Exceptional

Staff was really nice and accommodating

Solid Holiday Inn. Really enjoyed the space in the room as well as the work area. Great breakfast, clean gym, nice property!

Location was great for us as we were going to the Giant Center event. Cleanliness, style of decor, smelled clean, and breakfast was very good and appreciated. The gentleman at the Front Desk was not friendly. Did not greet us with a smile the whole time. Maybe just needs a refresher course in Front Desk /first impression importance. Or work somewhere else in hotel.

Great all the way around!! Would stay here again

Great staff, great breakfast, clean

Location. Easy check in and check out

Location was good, easy to get to nearby attractions I there wasn’t any worth mentioning theat we didn’t like

Room smelled,!!!

I asked for a connecting room in an email, so I could do a noise review to add to my review but I wasn't asked about it at all. Since I am Expedia affiliate I wanted to give a total review for customers. That didn't happen. It's not a bad place, there is a train that goes by the property and can be a bit loud. Staff was good I can't really complain about them.

Staff was very helpful during breakfast. The bed sheets felt wet and damp. Not sure why but it was not just my room. The other room that I also acquired for other family members said the same thing. Must be the kind of sheets they use for the beds when they get cold from the ac.

The friendliness of the staff, location was awesome. No cons.

Breakfast staff was excellent

Great stay. Just passing through for the night. Quiet place and convenient location.
