Aloft by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown

The coffee was good. The decaf was AWFUL! We did not eat breakfast there. The hotel is very clean and very cute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small and the seating in the room wasn't very comfortable. The overnight parking fee was high. I REALLY didn't like the decaf coffee. Two sips and I poured it out.

Exceptional

Room was very clean and up-to-date. Parking was easy to find on the street and they offered valet. Staff were very welcoming and made sure we never needed for anything. Easy to find. We will stay again and recommend to others.

I attended a concert at the Murat Theatre with a friend and chose valet parking. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile, handed over the keys and proceeded to the front desk. We were again greeted with a smile, checked in and signed up for the rewards program (free wifi and complimentary bottled water)! The lobby was clean, modern and welcoming. A hotel convenience corner with snacks, drinks and free coffee was accessable. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is the lack of noise buffering between the sleepiing area and the bathroom. The bathroom door had a sliding mechanism not a hinge and lock. The door did not fully close. We were withing walking distance to our chosen destinations which included Bazbeaux Pizza, the Murat Theatre, and Nicky Blaine's Martini and Cigar Bar. I also noted drug stores/local convenience markets during our adventures. I highly recommend!

Clean room, terrible location directly under the fitness room. Property was neat, limited amenities. Valet was disorganized and inefficient, even bumped someone ahead of us in line making us feel less important or valuable. Front desk could have told us we were in a room that was not peaceful and bombarded with overhead noise the entire time.

Staff and location Small room

The property was terrific and convenient for an event we were attending at Lucas Oil Stadium. My only issue was with Google maps. As we got closer, it told us to go in to a parking garage which we would later find out was not part of the hotel, but the BMO building. So I ended up paying for parking there and had to walk down the street with my suitcase to get to the Aloft. Please contact Google Maps and correct this. While, my car was safe at the BMO Building, I didn't like that my car was a little further away, so if I forgot something, too bad.

This is our first time booking and our experience is so amazing. Andrea and Talisa were very friendly. Will definitely recommend this and will book again if we go back to indianapolis ☺️

Pulling up was stressful because it was congested (we checked in the day of the Bruno Mars concert) but the staff helped de-stress my boyfriend and I and check in/out and valet were all easy.
