Location Was not clean Room 206 had trash in the kitchen and were someone put the pile of trash Room 212 Smoke detector was gone from the ceiling wires hanging and the tv remote was duct tape together had to change channels manually both restrooms were horrible the shower the sink and toilet seat had burn marks all over the restroom and the building smell really bad

First, the Staff was A-1 from day one. The front desk person, (I believe was Brice) really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The day staff, from the housekeeping to the desk person was very polite and courteous. A special thanks to Ms. Nancy who found a issue where I was double booked, and helped me straighten it out. Its great to know thst someone was looking out for my money!

This is the one of the worst hotel I ever stay. Smelly, unfriendly front desk, dirty room( sticky floor, extremely dirty carpet, disgusting bathroom. Broken dresser , the air make me sick I don’t even want to check the AC filter… stay away. I would never stay at this hotel again. ) The front desk were very unfriendly as well. Again . Stay away !

Poor

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to , wouldn't bring things to use the kitchenette for 2 days then when did half the stove wouldn't work . Took 2 hours to Cook 2lbs of chicken .. the bed had blood stains, cigarette burns, huge crack on one side of the bed, and sweat and what looked like pee stains on the bed also . The room smelled like smoke and was a non smoking room , I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone , also tried calling Expedia couldn't get ahold of anyone.

The receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. It was very dated, dirty and our room didn’t have towels or soap. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

Room was disgusting, parts of wall falling off, mold in a/c, stained sheets, dirty bathroom, cobwebs, carpets nasty, front desk staff (daytime), very rude.

The staff Not enough pillows. No coffee maker in the room

Location Dirty. Had to change rooms, there were spills and soil marks.

Dirty room, smelling and the carpet needs to be changed. Sinks and bath are bad and outdated overall experience was very bad, will definitely not go back.

I was honestly surprised to find that the room had a little kitchen, which was probably the one bright spot of my stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The property felt run-down, with flickering lights, dark hallways, and a rusty stove that made the place feel neglected. While I wouldn't necessarily call it sketchy because of its location near the airport, the overall condition of the property made me uncomfortable. The room and common areas felt dirty, and I refused to use the shower because of the cleanliness concerns. To make matters worse, there was an issue with billing, and they attempted to charge me twice. In the end, it served its purpose as a place to stay, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again without significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

Nothing The place was filthy with broken down furniture. No lamp and no plugs. Woke up to a puddle of water approximately 20 feet by 6 feet on the floor.

Smelled like cat urine in hotel A lot of broken and damaged items like stove top, toilet seat broken, numerous issues.

Good wifi. Comfortable beds. Good coffee (but not always available at breakfast time) Our room was shabby, knocked about and seriously dirty. Thick black and brown mould was growing on bathroom ceiling. Bathroom extractor was very noisy and ineffective. No plugs for washbasin or bath. The microwave was disgusting, very rusty and caked with dirt inside. The floor can't have been cleaned in ages, the dirt from it ruined my pair of hotel slippers. (Brought by me, not provided)

You get what you pay for. The carpet in the room had an odor. There was a hole in the wall from the bathroom door.

The staff was amazing. The residents were kind. The room was a bit disheartening. The stove was not in its hole in the counter. The bed linens had dirt smudges on it. The microwave had dirty fingerprints on it. There are missing drawers throughout!. There was dried old food in the sink, which had been there for a while.
