I stayed overnight for a morning meeting. The only real issue was I had to request help when I left the garage because the QRC for the parking was not reading properly. They did warn me of that at the front desk when I checked in and said to allow time for it, so I was right on schedule despite the delay. The room was clean and the breakfast had a nice variety.

Location was perfect! We had tickets for baseball games for 2 days. This hotel was a short walk from the field. The whole hotel was spotless, staff was awesome, and the beds were super comfortable! Even the lobby market had bottled soft drinks at a reasonable price. I didn't dislike anything about it, but I wish there was a pool and/or hot tub.

Fit my needs perfectly Nothing

Great and very quiet location. Large room with cosy bed, separated shower and toilet. Well equipped gym, much bigger than in other hotels. Good breakfast and friendly, extremely helpful service personnel. High parking costs. I recommend the park house on the other side of the street in the White River Park Garage. Book your space with SpotHero for less than the half price.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable with a lovely view of the river park. Wonderful location with two museums just across the street and lots more within easy walking distance.

The front desk ladies were amazing! The best I’ve ever seen at any hotel and I’ve traveled a lot! The location to downtown and Victory field were awesome! Just super sad no one told me about the canal walk until my last night. I got to explore it once and can’t wait to explore it again. Thank you Nancy and Sandy for being so awesome! ❤️ The only reason I didn’t give this hotel a 10 was because of maintenance issues with my room. Otherwise it was an amazing get away. I would definitely book this hotel again!

Hotel is great but it’s $40 to park and on the app it says all taxes and fees but it ended up $120 more which would have changed our choice. It needs to be stated up front that it’s not free parking.

Free breakfast was nice. Fitness room was huge with lots of options. Parking was easy. Room didn’t seem fully cleaned as counter was beyond sticky. But everything else was okay.
-
Great place to stay. The front desk people were amazing. The parking garage was very confusing.

Rooms were large and we didnt need the extra space but the couch with Trundle bed were a great option. I ended up with 5-6 bites on my feet and not sure where they came from (room, bed, outside) but im leaning toward bed... another friend staying same weekend ended up with bites on her ankles also. Breakfast was included and ok variety. Parking was super expensive! $40/ night (crazy!)
