The room was clean. We only had 1 bath towel to use and we were 2 people. It does not provide breakfast, this is one of the reasons we chose the hotel, they were supposed to provide a continental breakfast. she told me after I had already paid, if we decided to leave we would get a refund 3-5 days later. I paid in cash since she said there was extra fees if we used a card payment. On Saturday morning We requested ice for our small ice chest and were only given like 2 cups of ice. We went to get breakfast and left for a few hours, came back at 2pm and the door was open. Supposedly the cleaning lady left it like that. This is very unacceptable since our personal items were in the room. I will not be going back to this hotel.

Stay was ok, room smelled very musky. The housekeeping had cleaned the room next morning and didn’t replace the hand towels, then upon checkout they tried to keep half of my deposit stating I stole the hand towels. Unbelievable
-
No towels or toilet paper, no one explained that there was a $100 dollar deposit, shower curtain was cloth and was soaking wet also shower curtain was too short and water fell all over the floor, the breakfast sucked only yogurt, cereal, no pancakes, bread for toast, no eggs, no bacon or ham, or sausage's. Not going to stay there again, overall it sucked...

Clean and very spacious room Some heavy trash smell in the hallways

Some room refrigerators have moderate freezer sections. There is a convenience store next door and park 0.5 miles down the street. My room had maintenance issues: deadbolt did not work and curtain issues. Had trouble with one staff member. Others were fine. Despite advertised, at least one day breakfast was not served. Another, I had to convince the staff member to prepare the breakfast.

My new name for this brand is ONO instead of OYO. First -- the property looks nothing like the photos. When greeted by the manager, she was very combative and unfriendly. The property was very rundown. Our room had holes all over the place. The smoke detector or sprinkler was missing from the room. The clothes rack was unusable because it was pulling out of the room. The stand for the microwave and refrigerator was so wobbly we were concerned it might fall at any minute. The water never really got warm. Trying to get extra towels was a complete hassle. We had to use one of our towels to lay over the carpet because of exposed carpet tacks. I would be hard-pressed to stay at a property under the ONO (oyo) brand. Also, very disappointed in Expedia for allowing unrealistic pictures.

Easy to get to.

Outside is older but room was comfortable.

We booked based on the photos online, when we arrived it was like pulling into the ghetto, place was disgusting and rundown. I sat in the check in lane and immediately went looking for another hotel. I didn't know whether I'd end up with bugs or come out in the morning to my truck missing. This place isnt anywhere as described of presented.

Best employee That I couldn’t stay longer
-
The staff was amazing and the breakfast was also !!!! We also have a habit of taking my own sheets and blankets because the one there were not so clean and the online says they have a washer and dryer but they don’t! Other than that everything else was ok
-
The doors were really dirty
-
The staff were very nice and friendly, breakfast was great and overall great for the price. The rooms could have been better maintained but it was fine.

Honestly not a single thing. Rooms were horrible and dirty, the doors are falling apart. The staff was incredibly rude and gave me and my family a very hard time checking in and we ended up having to leave early. Bed sheets and towels were not clean and the rooms reeked of cigarettes.

They have a pool but refused to give towels for the pool on the first day. The staff on the following day was much nicer. The bathroom was nasty. Black/moldy caulking in the whole shower and any 10 year old could do a better caulking job then what they had done. The front door was absolutely ATROCIOUS!!!!! The beds were ok. Charged $142 for a place you would expect to pay $65 for!!

We stayed one night and had an awesome time. The room looked and smelled good. The shower and all electronics worked great. The pool was nice and clean, we barbecued while the family swam. Breakfast was good. Sandra was awesome!! We would definitely stay again!!
