Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson

One would think due to room cost that parking would be provided at no cost. They do have a parking lot with plenty of spaces. They squeezed another $20 per day for parking or told me I could park on the street for free if I could find a spot.

Great stay for families. Really liked there is a door that can close to the bedroom. The staff is very helpful too.

Housekeeping is every other day unless requested to the front desk in advance. I was very disappointed. The room is not clean either . In my rom, the couch was so much dusty. The room is suites so called but only one queen bed for two of us. Free breakfast is poorer than that in less expensive hotels.

Good

The front desk ladies Heidi and Katrina are very helpful and answers all our questions with a smile and joy. On the 29th moning we were leaving was extremely helpful and very caring to the me and my husband. She got up from her chair to help us. There ladies makes the stay wonderful. I have recommended another couple of my friends to stay Home Suites when they plan to visit yellow stone park.

Staff. I especially loved the staff woman in charge of the desk when the elevator went out. I think I would have freaked out if it weren't for her assistance. She was so concerned about us and our well-being. Staff at check-in was also outstanding. The layout of the room was good. The elevator! The single elevator serving the entire facility quit while we were there. I'm disabled and I was on the 3rd floor. We had to change hotels after one night because of it and a repairman had to manually manipulate the elevator to get us out. It's also an aging facility and it shows.

Too expensive; however, I needed a handi-capped room and they all seemed to be about that price in Jackson. The breakfast buffet wasn't anything to write home about either. I got down there about 7:30 (it starts at 7) and they were all out of plates. The variety wasn't there, either. It wasn't a top-rated breakfast in my book. I've had much better for a much cheaper price. The staff were all very nice and helpful ! !

Good location Property needs renovation

Friendly staff, comfortable suite, and loved the location! It was walking distance to town square. Breakfast was really good too. Super expensive but it was a holiday and is in Jackson. So...

Room was great, location perfect, staff were friendly. Great stay!

Parking is horrendous

Lots of value at Homewood. Two rooms, fireplace and hot tub. I’d stay again! I love to be able to walk the entire town. The breakfast is a joke. White bread, frozen bagels, and powdered eggs? Just laughable. Even the fruit was bruised and battered. After the first day, go to the store and get your own supplies. Besides breakfast, it’s a really good stay!

Exceptional

Breakfast was really good. Coffee is average. Close to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately parking was $20/day. I’d stay here again.

We weren’t aware they charged a very high fee per night for parking. Very disappointing.
