Sheets not changed, dirty, and stained. Stained pillowcases. Broken furniture. Dirty room.

The location, price, and convenience were acceptable. The bed didn’t have a comforter, the interior of the building looked run down, the sheets were stained, the ac control panel was broken, and the room was entirely too cold for comfort.

Nasty rooms and bathrooms and they will give you dirty towels

Don’t ever book a room here, unless you like sleeping in abandon houses.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The condition of the property and the room was absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the $70 I paid. There were holes in the walls, cracked windows, and an elevator that barely worked. The room smelled terrible, and there was feces on the bathroom walls and floor. The pillows were so unsanitary that I developed an eye infection after using them. The room also had a hole in the bed frame, no shower curtain, a damaged door latch lock, and no remote for the TV. The buttons on the TV were misplaced as well. The furniture was in extremely poor condition, appearing as though it had been discarded, and the inside of the drawers was heavily stained and filthy. Overall, the room was poorly maintained, unsanitary, and nowhere near the standard I expected. Basic cleanliness, safety, and functionality should be the bare minimum for any accommodation. This experience was a complete waste of $70, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The location is absolutely horrific. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot we knew it was not the same hotel as the pictures. There were men smoking crack at the door, none of the amenities were there at all, not even the elevator worked, my husband and I had to walk 4 flights of stairs just to find out our floor (the top floor) has no power, no ac, no lights, there was someone smoking dope two doors down from us, as soon as we walked in the room, everything was broken, all of the light bulbs were gone, there were cockroaches, dirty rings in the bathtub, then we discovered that although we paid $200 for three nights and didn’t even stay 30 minutes, they wouldn’t give us our money back. I would absolutely not recommend anyone stay here ever, I truly feared for my safety.

Well, it's rare but it has happened: one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Messed up people in the lobby, shabby and neglected facilities. Tears and stains. Towels gray, tub cracked and filtjy. Front desk said, "all the rooms are that way." I would avoid this place by a mile. OYO, fix this place, or get out of Jackson.

WiFi wasn’t the best. AC wasn’t working properly to keep the room cool. Can’t even bare to tell you the state inside of the room. Doesn’t match the pictures on the site. I see why it’s “non-refundable.”

This was the worst hotel room I have ever been in. No kidding. The absolute worst. Filthy, no towels, bathroom door wouldn't shut, only stained sheets, no blanket or bedspread, for which I'm actually thankful.

The room smell like dogs, the air didn’t work, crack heads were loud in sleeping and the lobby and taking whole baths in the lobby bathroom! It was the worse experience I’ve ever had!

Tub was nasty The sheets were nasty only one pillow for the two bed room. Roaches crawling around Look like they just made the bed and threw trash from last person. Tv only have 5 working channels
