The laundry area in a gated hallway was locked at 11 pm with no indication of 11 pm being closing time. I’m guessing where the glued marking was on the wall was where the sign used to be. Also, the lobby closed at 11 and had to pound on the door because there was also no indication of it being closed, a buzzer to ring or even a number to call for assistance. The washer and dryer were accessible only by downloading an app on the phone and while the noise of the washer and dryer were both apparent, neither machine did any spinning. I had to soak all my clothes in the tub, drag them back to the dryer, it never did a single spin/turn, even though you could hear the motor and had to go back and pound on the lobby door for any assistance. I left with a load of clothes dripping wet because I needed sleep at that point it was 12:45 am.

The staff was great and very helpful and friendly 🙂 I am in a wheelchair and the room was perfect! Thanks for a great stay!! 🙂🙂🙂

I Enjoyed my stay at the Baymont in Orange Park, the staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful. I enjoyed having the pool to myself.Almost every day.\nI would definitely stay here again

Location was good but between the other motels around the area, needs a better up keep and monitoring.

BIG Dead coachroach in the bathroom upon arrival. Had to change my room immediately. Got put next to the pool area. The room smelled SO bad like mold and mildew. The new day as I was getting ready there were little bugs crawling up and down the bathroom walls. Went to investigate other walls and they were also in the main area. It was like they had just hatched. I got my room change again TJ the other side of motel, FINALLY A ROOM that DOESNT STINK! I moved all my stuff and went to put the tv on, mind you this is my last night, the TV didn’t work. The man fix it but eventually had to move my room again. It’s such a shame the 4th and final room was the one that DIDNT stink, and had a working tv. I had a total of 4 rooms during my stay. I know realize why there was a deal going on with Expedia. I do not recommend this place to stay. Even the breakfast waffle batter tasted sour, like they were using the disgusting well water. The water from the sink faucet and shower smelled SOOO bad. I ended up going to Dollsr general to buy a small case of water for brushing my teeth. The staff was nice but the owner is obviously cheap and doesn’t keep the place clean or up to state standards.

Very rude when you’re trying to book another night lady said that we can’t that we had be 21 but we booked a night online and then she said now you can’t book another night for being rude and left my phone there and I’m gonna try to pick it up today if I see any damages, I would like to have refund on the room

It’s was two roaches in the bed they came and sprayed they asked if I wanted to be moved in declined because I’m hey senior citizen and I wasn’t moving all my stuff alone so I elected to stay in the room after they came and sprayed. I didn’t have any more problems with any more roaches.

The room and the bathroom is very clean. There’s just distinctive smell in the room. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly

The first morning several of the breakfast offerings were out, with an hour or so remaining in the scheduled breakfast time, and were not replenished in the 20 minutes or so we were in the breakfast area.

Good- decent breakfast, very comfortable bed, hot water, friendly staff Bad- room was recently painted, and had a very strong paimt smell, walls afe paper thin

The location was very good. Everything was nearby. The shower. The water was too hot. It took some time to adjust it.

Location suited us. Cost was main reason to stay. Breakfast was ok. Room was musty when first entered. Got better with ac on constantly. Needed dietary foods for breakfast. Yougert, fruits, etc

The pool closes at 8pm. After a busy day we wanted to enjoy a dip and wernt able too. Never been to a hotel that the pool closes so early.
