Tru By Hilton Jacksonville St Johns Town Center

Only location Sub standard quality and limited selection of breakfast. Guests were depositing food in the trash… Squeaky bed, the AC was moaning, staff complacent. Property was a bit tired. Much better value with other hotel chains - eg Hyatt for similar room rates. Good location.

The staff was very welcoming, and friendly .

Property was very clean and staff were courteous and attentive. Location was excellent, all stores and restaurants available. Lots of parking at the hotel.

Exceptional

Superb

Passable

It was close to the Mayo Clinic It was perfectly fine.

Very good

Great safe location with easily walkable restaurants and stores. Less than 20 minutes from downtown. Nice complimentary self serve hot breakfast. Thin pillows, but were fine doubled up

Room was nice size. Breakfast was nice!

Very clean, location was great.

First time staying at Tru, not a big fan of the decor, kind of strange. For us and our purposes it was a good location

Very clean Nothing

Very poor

Very clean Mattress are hard

No covered area to unload. If it's raining your screwed. Breakfast is mediocre. Ice machines are not user friendly if you're not familiar with the brand. Shower doors open out, you'll soak your bathroom floor. Mirror lights are not shaving friendly. COFFEE–great stuff! 24/7

We loved the whole experience of this hotel. Timothy was phenomenal! He had such a welcoming attitude. He checked us right in and told us of the amenities and he was just awesome. We liked him a lot. And Lameka - sorry if I'm getting her name wrong. She was a great help too. Even the cleaning ladies were wonderful. If we come your way again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Thanks for everything.

The clean and fun lobby was nice to hang out in to play pool, watch TV, or get some work done.

The room was clean and the layout of the hotel was very functional for loading/unloading. The room we had was a bit small, but sufficed.

Great hotel in a great location
