I can’t sleep because itching all night the table leg is handicap

There was no heat and the hotel did not provide blankets. The wall had holes and stains on it. Do not stay here! Also, it was noisy all night, as there were people loitering outside throughout the night.

Unsafe neighborhood, too much traffic noise all day and night. It says 16 mi from JFK airport but actually it was 33 mi. For that price you can find much cleaner motels.

There was lots of weird noises at night. The room’s floor was so dirty. We could not find iron. I also did not like the front desk man behavior. She was watching video on his phone and completely ignored me while I was knocking on the front glass to call him for checkout.

People expecting champagne but have money for beer; this place is pretty bare-bones for what I need: a place to sleep and somewhere that feels safe. No breakfast, but there's a Dunkin' within walking distance, and the room was enough for me to stay for 5 nights. If you're planning to stay this long, make sure to stop by somewhere to pick up a few things as staples (like water or food). Parking was pretty plentiful; I had no issues grabbing a spot for the night. The staff was pretty friendly, and I wasn't expecting turnover service every day, which was nice but not necessary for my own trip. The room itself was remodelled a bit; floors were vinyl hardwood, and the bathrooms were updated to look more modern, so don't let the exterior fool you. Lastly, the only issue I had was the location; you're going on a one-way road, mostly because you're on a turnpike/highway, so it's pretty annoying to have to sit in traffic for 20 minutes to make a U-turn, but this is outside the hotel's control.

Good location Cleanliness and facilities

The hair dryer did not work in our room and they did not replace it when I told them. Parking was good. Rug in the room very worn and dirty. Staff were helpful and there was housekeeping every day if you wanted it.

Only the staff. The young man that checked the sin was very polite. The condition of the room was horrendous, the carpets in not just the room that I rented, but several other rooms that the gentleman took me 22 see if they were acceptable, were all in very poor condition. Carpets were full of stain, each room had a distinct musky odor. Overall, it simply was just not conducive to sleeping their not even from one night. The bathroom was clean. It was very clean, but the rest. The carpet, the walls, the ceilings. All work dirty, it just needs maintenance.

My stay was okay. It's definitely old and not very clean, but it does provide the basic necessities for a low budget traveler. The AC works okay, but it takes a while for it to cool down your room. The carpet looks old and dirty. Certain spots in the room aren't cleaned. The furniture is old. This property does include WiFi, but you gotta request the login/password at the office. There is no breakfast at this property despite the pictures. You can only find a water fountain and ice machine. The property also on a very busy street, its hectic trying to cross the street or get anywhere. Even Uber rides have difficulty. The closest transit station to New York is a 20 minute walk and nearly impossible to walk to due to the location. Staff is friendly and responsive when you need them. But I think next time I'll just pay for something a little nicer. It just made my stay difficult with doing things or getting anywhere given its location.

Roach crawling up wall . Smudge marks all on headboard and lamps. Floor had residue everywhere. Bathroom floor had old tissue bits on the floor. Toilet wasn't flushed. Staff knocked on my door minutes after I came in for the first time . They forgot their lunch in the refrigerator. Shower head has smudges and scum around it. Mini towels that were folded had spot on them as if it was either not cleaned or cleaned but reused. Managements exact words were " you can't believe the customer" . Despite everything that was wrong, management was accommodating. They offered a new room. However after seeing the roach, I just wanted my money back to go elsewhere, which they didn't mind doing that. Sweet people, just not so good service experience.

20-30 minutes to Cruise port Cape Liberty Bayonne. Traffic, a trip to get simple items may take several hours. It's the area but it was a pretty high price for a bottom dollar hotel. Worth it to spend a more and get a more modern facility. Bring everything you need for the night, get there around bedtime, and leave promptly in the morning.
