Embassy Suites by Hilton Jonesboro Red Wolf Convention Center

Conveniently located for our trip Nothing

Clean and very comfortable beds and staff was great Shower water was not hot

Very clean well maintained property

Breakfast was amazing! The gentleman making the omelette’s was polite and courteous!

Great hotel. Clean. Staff very helpful. Disappointed pool heater was broken and hot tub was not functioning.

I left did not stay it was horrible Nothing

Very good

The hotel it self was beautiful! It was the uncleanlness in the room That wasn't attractive! Very dusty behind the night stands, etc.... bathroom smelled like urine, hair was in the tub, and a SPIDER was by the tub. The uncleanliness of the room

The location was nice with a big parking lot. The pull out bed was not clean, and did not have blankets and pillows for it. Called room service multiple times and took over an hour to get them. This was the most expensive room in the area and think it should have been better!

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was amazing… the wrongs are very clean…. Jonesboro has really changed. It has become like a little city.

Exceptional

Superb

This facility was top-notch. Staff was right on it whenever I needed it.

The embassy is a nice hotel with lots of amenities and large room options with a comfortable space. BUT, the room was not clean for it being a higher priced premium room. There was sticky can circles on the tables and the door handles were not clean, the bathroom had hair still in the sink and the towels looked like they were refolded. It seriously needed to be wiped down and vacuumed. Not impressed with cleanliness at all.

Location, great for catching a game at Arkansas State. Room was clean & comfortable. It’s more $ than other Jonesboro hotels but it was worth it

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were nice everything was clean and comfortable

Was wonderful. The overall experience was amazing. You must try an omelet.

Exceptional staff, extremely well maintained property

The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.
